Yeah they are likely still coming out way ahead. Imagine if they had spilt into 4-5 contracts how much more they would have gained. #prodvcpurchase

I’ve already called a few friends to see if they want to be our ROFR hero. One was very interested but he is unwilling to sell some of his stocks or BTC just yet. He is holding for more gains.

I’m very interested to see if Disney will take this one. Would seem silly not to.

Dues still show as VGC dues (500 x 8.55 = $4,275). Last night, it had VGC pictures as well, so maybe they just caught the mistake.

Since we are not allowed to discuss anything about active listings…. I will just say that in a general sense it is always interesting when a broker labels a resort as VGC when it is a VDH contract….. or BWV when it is a BC contract……

Just got switched to VDH on DVC for Less and the seller's site.

Does this give the seller pause that the site can't list it correctly? Would they even know? I'd be listing somewhere else right away hahaha
