I'm on-site staying at POR the moment and I can't get through to either the Dining Line or even Front Desk on the room-phone ("your call cannot be connected at this time").

Looks like BoG may have taken the whole WDW phone systems down....

UGH, if they don't answer soon, the kids are going to wake up. This trip is a surprise (that is why I don't have a ticker)! I was hoping to get this done before they got up. Luckily my kids usually sleep in until 9 or 9:30 but they way my luck is going, they will get up any minute now.

ME TOO!!!! My kids just got up....guess I have to throw in the towel. 1 hour and 50 minutes of redialing and busy signals. VERY disappointing....especially when I hear everyone's stories about getting through and getting multiple ressies for their trips.

DISABILITIES LINE!!!! It is great! Got through quick and the agent got a person in dining for me and transerfered me over...couldnt get 19th...booked solid buy got the 20th.

Oh, and because my cell phone keeps track of the number of calls I made, I can tell you that I got thru on my 325th call. On that phone. I was also hitting redial on the land line. And I slept thru the alarm this morning and didn't start calling until 4:42 AM (CA time), so I guess that's not bad. LOL

OMG Thank you to the person who put the disney store 1800 number up. Called and was transferred directly to a dining CM. We got dec 11 at 4pm for DD 7th bday and then off to MVMCP. Thank goodness that is over. GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU Maybe I should get some work done now.

Using the automated system, it didnt ask for a credit card hold, now im worried it didn't work

It worked.

I can see mine via "My reservations" on the WDW main site. I went thru the automated system.

My wife (or I) are going to call later today or tomorrow to see if we can/need to add our credit card #.

got through being transfered! done in 2 min got Nov 25th at 405

Thanks for the alternate #! I did this and got through immediately to an agent. 12/6 and 12/7 were booked, but was able to get 12/3 with a shuffling of my schedule.
