I'm on hold and it's making me nervous it hasn't told me a await time. am i even part of the queue?
im on hold too...for 18min now and i was never given a wait time either:confused3 oh well the music is playing so i must be in queue for something!!!!
 
Ditto...I don't care how long I'm on hold for, at least I'd feel like I would have a chance. This way I feel totally shut out like I don't even have a shot. :sad2:
Same. By the time I get past the busy signal I'll probably miss out on everything. Bleh.
 
I got reservations!
I couldn't get through to get dd into her swim class but this I could do!

I'm on hold now, and I did the automated part, but it "couldn't process my request and will need an agent to assist you." Now I'm listening to the spiel ...
 
For those of you who have gotten through and gotten your reservation, did you speak to an agent or use the automated system? :surfweb:

It didn't even give me the option. I never got through to the regular dining recording. The time I got through, it was starting to repeat the "we're sorry, we're currently experiencing technical difficulties" message. It cut off in the middle of the message, rang, and a person started talking. I couldn't believe it was even real at first.
 
got through! wait is 45 minutes or more :(

Oh fun fact. I dialed one of the other numbers earlier. This is causing a chain effect on the other numbers for other things (like tickets). Get the same message their as I did at the dining line.
 
Got my ressie:cool1: My TA got through, but they have a different line they use.

The email confirmation says "does not include characters" for those wondering
 
For those who have got through, has anyone just used the automated system vs. agent?

I just finished up & used the automated system. It was painless!

To respond to other questions, I was not asked for a cc guarantee.

I was lucky to get through right away. I didn't push the numbers and did the whole reservation through the automated voice prompt system. It did not ask for a credit card to hold the ressie. I have my number and plugged it in online just to see it with my eyes and it is indeed there!!

I was so tempted to try for Christmas day just to say I ate there on Christmas but really don't want to bear the park on Christmas! Good luck everyone!!
 
Hold time of 45 minutes. If I get disconnected, I may kill something.
 
Only took me 3 tries. Was told I'd be on hold for 20 mins.....I'm right at 20 mins on hold now. Wife is having a heart attack right now!
