For those of you who have already gone through, are there any dates that are already booked up?

I'm not sure, because I got my first choice. But I didn't waste any time. I didn't want to be rude by cutting her off in her spiel, but the longer you say "thanks for calling, I work for Disney, we take all of your money, how can I help milk your wallet dry," the longer someone else is taking for my reservation. I kind of just blurted out "Be Our Guest, December 24!"

I got mine! I am here at SSR now, so I decided to head to the concierge to make mine. I got Christmas Eve at 6:30 pm and Feb 3 at 6pm, which is the day before my birthday! I have been waking up since 4 am watching the clock. Good luck to all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just used the prompts, but I never had to give a cc to reserve. Hope that doesn't mean a problem, but I got the confirmation number so I think alls well. So excited!!!

I've been dialing non-stop since 6:59 and I have yet to hear anything other than a busy signal or the circuit is busy.

Ditto...I don't care how long I'm on hold for, at least I'd feel like I would have a chance. This way I feel totally shut out like I don't even have a shot.

That's why I tried that first! I thought that they wouldn't want the phone lines crazy jammed. But that doesn't mean that the website wouldn't have crashed too
