The unofficial waiting to make Be Our Guest ADRs thread-8/20 7am

Our current trip is booked for 4 days after BOG and FLE open. I am not changing anything!!! lol I have everything booked including flights.

I don't think they will announce the date that they will begin taking BOG ressies' does anyone else? I think their phone lines would catch fire !!! I think it will quietly appear and the DIS boards will light up.....??!!

Is there a possibility they may let us book according to our trip date - like the 180 day ADR policy to stop the chaos this will cause......

My hope is that they will try to avoid a system implosion and just quietly start taking ADRs one day without a prior announcement. Of course, that's pretty self-serving on my part since I figure those of us on the DIS will then get to be among the first to know about it! But man, I can't imagine what the lines will be like if they announce the date ahead of time and stick with it. I hope I don't have anything else to do that day!

Hey.... I'm not above that.......

I'm really disappointed the 8/4 day didn't work out though. My daughter was going to man the cell phones for me while I used the land line to see who got in first. Now with school starting in a week, it's looking like I'll be on my own! I'd let her miss a day (you know, for something important like this...) but I'm already taking her out this semester for Disney!

That's my hubby's bday... what better gift than a BOG ADR, right? At least for me anyway! I'll be so happy when we can make this ADR and get it out of the way!

We are booked the same time as you, and my inlaws are flying down to join us...from Windsor!

We leave for home Dec. 3rd, so I'm now on to hoping for a chance to see everything during the preview time! They must have had some delays not to be ready for full opening before Thanksgiving.

We aren't going until late January-- fingers crossed that I can get reservations for then! Want to ideally do lunch and dinner at least once!

I was just popping in here to ask the same thing! We'll be there from November 17-20, but if those are just preview dates I wasn't sure about making ADRs. I'm a teacher, so I'll be at school at 7:00 (and can't use the computer,) so I need to leave my husband with detailed directions if we can!
