Wow, that will be tons of fun! Bringing someone new to the park is twice as fun for you, showing them all the really fun parts and teaching them the art of using fastpass. The trips when we have brought along other family members were wonderful-- well except for that one with my ever sleeping BIL, but we will just gloss over that as a bad dream.

Hopefully no more RAIN! YESH!

I can't wait!!! He was trying to compare it to the little dirty carnival things we get here in front of Basha's - that is all he has ever seen

so my friend bailed kinda sad so far I cant get anyone to go with me but eh oh well it is not like I have not done it before haha so diz where you going on vacation?

Sorry your friend bailed on you - I know how you feel when my SIL bailed on us!!! We are going to Disneyland, last September we took our last trip for a while and were going to let the AP's expire....then it was a warm hot day and the DVC guy offered us cold drinks and free babysitting - lets just say there is no free babysitting, and we became DVC owners of the Grand Californian

Barney?? Nope. Dora and Diego are huge right now. I didnt even know kids still watched Barney. That was a LONGGGGGG time ago.

They still have it on PBS, he doesn't have cable.. so....

Long time ago?? yeah I guess since when it first started is when Justin was little and he will be 17 in two months.

My dn liked Blue's Clues more than the Barney, that may be because we watched an episode about reading words-- he loves reading. He just turned 4 and can read at a first to second grade level. The silent e on words messes him up.. Mudge became Mudg-E
Now if only he would have conversational speech as well as he reads...

Hi!

I've been so busy trying to get everything together for this weekend. My mom and I are leaving Friday afternoon for the Ladies Trip. There is so much planned I don't know where we will fit in any rides. They are calling for rain on Saturday but I hope not.

Well gals... We are rapidly approaching the twins first birthday. We werent going to have a party, but then at the last minute decided too. Not really a party for them so much... more a party for ME for surviving this year.But they get the cake. Just family and friends.. I wish you guys were all closer so you could come. I dont know, it makes me kind of sad to be celebrating this without you all!

It's been crazy for me lately and I've had a lot going on. Haven't had a chance to talk much on the DIS.

Dizzy- I missed you and I didn't have your cell phone #. I tried to call it and it said it was no longer in service. :-/ I was hoping to see you too! Maybe next trip


Alison- sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I hope you are feeling better. My brother got food poisoning yesterday. He said he woke up with a cold sweat and threw up. He called in sick to work today.


Staley-That's cool that your twins will be a year old. Boy, time really flies!


Bernice- is your car okay now? It sucks to have car trouble, I feel ya! I recently had a minor car problem, which actually happened the night I came home from DL. I was stressed out and worried but it turned out to be something minor. Now my next stress has been new tires. I need to get them and it's going to cost a lot. The store should get them in tomorrow, I hope. I did call several places and America's Tire has agreed to match the price of one location I found, so that helps.


Christine- I was going to suggest you call Albort and ask him to hang out with you at DL. When are you going?

Melody and Sarah- I hope you guys have a great time on the ladies trip. Please drink a lovely and delectable dole whip float for me! Take lots of pics!

Yay for Disneyland! I talked to Melody during my lunch break and told her that I would try to attend the meal scheduled for tomorrow at Jazz Kitchen. I'm still trying to rerarrange things and work out something but we'll see. If it rains really hard then I'll probably skip.
