The Unofficial Chatterbox Thread! Everyone is Welcome!

:lmao:Dh is going in at 5 tomorrow.. UGH that is early. He has to be up at 3:30... YUCK. Im so glad we dont all have to be up then.

I'm so used to DH getting up early, he's done that for years, I don't even hear him anymore.

Did I tell you a few weeks ago he got up in teh middle of the night and started taking a shower at about 12:30am.:rotfl2: I was sound asleep and finally woke up, he was taking a really long shower, I thought maybe he woke up and was sick. He couldn't figure out why his morning shower wasn't waking him up.:rotfl2: UH dear, WTH are you doing, it's the middle of the night!:lmao:

I hope it does too.. Give you lots of energy to get going. I am wiped too. But mine has more to do with the babies being all wonky on their schedule then anything else. I just dont know why they wont sleep. :confused3 Bums me right out. then when they DO sleep... I am awake all night waiting for them to wake up! I cant win!

Just wait, it ends for a while, then they start driving and you stay awake half the night waiting for them to come home.

Howdy Pix! I never was a Beatles fan, just couldn't get into their music...don't know why.:confused3

I'm more into country, 70's classic rock, early 80's big hair bands and southern fried rock.

ABC has the Country Music Awards on....I'm so tired, but I've gotta stay up at least long enough to see Tim McGraw's rear side and Keith's Urban anything.:thumbsup2:lovestruc

I think the only country song I like is Taylor Swift's Romeo & Juliet song. I don't know why but it's catchy! lol Even my little sister can sing along to it, which surprised me! :rotfl2:

I'm not much of a fan for the other 70's Beatles songs. I only like their early stuff. I don't know why. lol. Plus I blame my parents for liking oldies songs.....they made me and my older sis listen to old fashioned love songs (blech!) and a lot of oldies. There are some oldies I like. I'm very eclectic when it comes to music. I even have some hip hop like Akon's Sexy biotch song. :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

You do know Taylor Swift doesn't sing country. I have no idea what it is she sings, but it ain't country!:lmao: I think they just didn't know what to do with her or Miley, so they figured throw them onto the country music station and maybe nobody will notice they really don't sing country.:lmao:

:lmao::lmao:Its a Pop-Country crossover.. Like rockabilly... only not.

Hola! I'm not a fan of the Beatles either, someone's voice irritates me and I think it's Pauls. My sister loves the Beatles though. My sister said Paul is not the main dude in the earlier stuff so maybe that's why you like the early songs.

I meet with my personal trainer today, which sucks. I had my workout class last night, big mistake I am so sore today. I am really not going to impress my trainer :rotfl2: Not to mention I also have my period so that's going to be uncomfortable, and it's raining and I have to take the bus. All I can say is, I better lose weight because that's the only thing that will make all this hassle worth it, and I had better lose 10 pounds with today's session!

I think those crossover artists, in whatever genre they fall into, should start their own CMA (Crossover Music Awards). :lmao:

I do like some of Taylor Swift's songs, but honestly when you listen to her sing live, she's not that good. They really doctor up her music so it sounds good on her CD's. Kid Rock falls into that same category as does Rascal Flatts. I understand that they don't really have a well defined genre of their own, but I feel that it dilutes the true country music genre.

When you watch the CMA's you realize who can really sing and who can't. George Strait, Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Kenney Chesney, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Ronnie Dunn (nope, Kix Brooks can't sing!), well I could go on and on. But these people can sing and they sing good (although Carrie doesn't sound very country, she seems to get it more then the other crossovers).

Good luck with your trainer! I have two new pieces of exercise equipment and have been using them every night. We are thinking of joining a gym that just opened in our town. Woo Hoo...we're in the big time now, we have a gym!:lmao:

I am trying to train my mom on facebook. Its freaking EXHAUSTING!:lmao::lmao: Its like teaching a four year old how to do it! I have been working with her for two days. I dont think she is ready to take this technological step. :rotfl2: I LOVE my mom, but she is hard work. :lmao:

Hi!

awww, that looks so fun! I wish i could do that! :cutie: I have always wanted to have tea and sandwiches and scones and crumpets and stuff. Lol. I did find a place (but it's far) called paddington's tea room: http://www.paddingtonstearoom.com/

it looks fun! I want to try it :)

Tea Time is always one of my favorite things to do on the cruise. I love the little cucumber sandwiches.

Our cheapy little cruise has now gone to an expensive even longer cruise. :rotfl: First we were going to do the Monday-Friday for under $200 each, then I changed it to the Sunday-Sunday for just over $400 each and I just upgraded our rooms to Spa rooms for another $180 each. :scared1: Oh well, this is going to be the last one we take for awhile plus we ahve done the Enseanda/Catalina one so many times we wanted to see new places. The one we are booked on now goes to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucus. Plus I've never been on this ship before so I super excited!:cool1:
