I called at 5 till and was on hold for 15 minutes. The CM said there were over 200 calls in teh que at 1:00

Maybe for once, being on the west coast helped....I was only on hold for 3 minutes, and they said that they already had 250 calls lined up.
I wasn't trying for a repo.....just the Riviera...got it. Yippee!
