. It is nice to hear others so excited about this concert also. I have been to about 5 concerts, he has been to all of them. I love them in concert, no matter where the seats are, I am there for the sound (through earplugs of course)
. My DH wanted seats anyway
. So my BIL gets to the front, buys our tix. Just after the tix print, the printer jams
. All the peeps behind him took off for the other Ticketmaster in the mall. The concert is not until October, but we now have something to look forward to this fall.

Oh well, it was a long shot I guess, given the number of people competing for the tickets!
Well, not sure if you've heard but there's rumors of a November Vegas show!! If there's any chance you can make it out to Vegas you could just make it into a quick getaway.
, 10/4 (Prop presale) and 12/5. I can not wait! I too would love to be heading to Ireland to see them but it's not in the cards for me. Enjoy the shows everyone!

bajanswife said:Any U2 fans on the DIS going to any of the Toronto shows? I really, really want to go, to the point where I am willing to pay higher prices on e-Bay or resellers! Trouble is, my friends probably will NOT be willing.
So, do I go alone - is that totally crazy? I'm a 37 year old woman - will I be safe there alone? Will have fun there alone?
Next - do I get general admission, or try for seats? The seats are so expensive - the only ones I can afford are nosebleed seats - are those even worth getting? Would I see or hear anything worthwhile? Will GA be dangerous from the p.o.v. of being crushed against a wall of people etc.?
Has anyone been to a concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto? Any idea what seats NOT to get?
I just don't know what to do. I have always wanted to see a U2 concert, but living on the tiny island of Barbados have never had an opportunity to be near a concert until now. I can be in Toronto for all 4 tour dates, so any of the dates will work.
Any thoughts?
