Does this mean that you saw me or that if you saw me that you would be too shy to say hi to me. The thing with me is I like being shy so my shyness does not hold me back so much. Also I am shy when I am online but I am a lot more shy in the flesh.

I enjoyed your latest batch of pictures, especially the ones of your stuffed animals on the table. Once or twice I've brought along a stuffed animal and had it sitting on the table with me and boy, they really do attract attention don't they?

Funny that you said that. A friend and I were just discussing the same thing tonight. It is so much easier said than done to not let them bring you down though. ::sigh::

It's normal for Flower the Skunk to be shy and it's normal for me to be shy It's hard to explain all this shy stuff because I don't fully understand it myself. I guess I just accept my shyness as normal just like Flower accepts the fact that it's normal for him to be a skunk. If I stop being shy I stop being me and if Flower stops being a skunk he stops being who he is.

You never know when you might want to stop being shy. That doesn't mean that you are no longer you, it just means you are evolving. The reason I'm saying this is because I never thought I could be "me" without being shy. But over the last 2 years I have really started coming out of my "shell" and I'm no where near as shy as I used to be. And you know what? I'm loving it! I'm having so much fun now.

Of course, you should never force it on yourself. But if you notice it starting to change naturally don't be afraid. You might like the new world that opens up to you.

Do you live in the area or did you happen to be there on vacation too?

Very cool . But I'm curious - if you were right there and knew for sure it was a fellow DISer, why didn't you say "Hi, Flowerschild", and if it seemed to be him, go ahead and introduce yourself as being from the DIS, too? I've met tons of DISers at WDW.

On 5 trips in 2 years alone.I have not met one single disser! I was all decked out too,lime green FDNY shirt,dis pin and all.

That's the hard part! Last year I questioned a few different people wearing lime green and they had no idea what I was talking about. Too bad lime green was in style last year! The people I saw who were in a hurry actually had on DIS shirts.

When we go in June, I'm going to put one of those lime green Mickey heads on my camera bag, and maybe one on my backpack.

We got home right before FlowersChild arrived at Disney. I remember reading of another "FC" sighting on here before. We go quite a bit, so maybe our paths will cross one of these trips.

Not sure why anyone would doubt FC was anyone but FC! I enjoy his posts and his happiness about Disney. It is the same way we feel about it.

I have come to FC's defense several times, but now I hope I won't have to do that anymore. I'm glad the people who have seen or met FC have posted their stories and experiences. It helps me feel validated in taking up for FC. Hopefully the nay-sayers are feeling foolish, but most of all, I hope they will follow LindsayDunn's example and apologize to FC because he deserves it.

Flowerschild you have handled yourself beautifully during all of this nonsense and you should be proud of yourself for standing your ground....I know I am!

I have met 2 Disney fans at DisneyWorld. They where both from other disney message boards. The first one was a man from DisneySites who used to be a cast member. The other is a girl who posts on TalkDisney and DisneySites. I actually met her twice while she was at work. I have not actually met anyone from the Disboards but people have seen me so I am sure that in time I will meet people from the Disboards. Now I did get a picture taken with Perla and Suzy on New Years and someone from the Disboards was with Perla when that picture was taken. But when I say in time I am sure I will meet people from the disboards I mean meeting people who are not with a Disney character if you see what I mean ?

Stitchfans you seem like a very nice person and I am looking forward to meeting you. I wish you could come to DisneyWorld before 2007 because that is such a long time. But it is cool that you will be coming to DisneyWorld and I hope that we will be able to meet.

I'm another one who has seen FC at the parks. Saw him in MK one night, actually didn't know he was in Disney that weekend but I knew it had to be him. But he seemed like he was heading somewhere fast so I didn't bother him. But we've been talking alot on PM's since then and if I saw him in Disney now, we'd definately be saying hi.
