Thanks Dan. I do have a pair of New Balance running shoes. I actually have a couple of pairs of New Balance. I just can't run in them. They are super comfy for walking but running is out for me. My feet are too narrow and I have a high arch so I really have to go with Nike. Thanks for the suggestion though! :goodvibes Haven't gotten any updates from you in a while. How's the fam?

Chris and I took an outting on Sunday to take pictures of the leaves and such. I know most of you have seen them already but for those of you that are not friends with me on Facebook I'll try and get them posted here later this afternoon.

It really is beautiful. I can imagine that they are. Haven't you guys already had snow up there? I'll be in PA for Thanksgiving. Not looking fwd to all that cold weather.

we are doing good, i plan on doing an update after this weekend of halloween with some pics on my thread below.

pretty much nothing new, just hanging out.

family is really good, hope yours is good as well.

So as I said earlier, Chris, me, Chris' mother and his Grandmother took a drive around to look at the fall colors and such. On our outing we decided to get close to the GA Power Plant 'cause seeing all that steam rising out of the stacks is just so cool. Then we made our way to a place called Covered Bridge that has a bridge that was built in the 1800's so we got a little history while we were out as well. All in all it was a very nice day.

Without further adieu, the pictures

I know some of these are out of order but they loaded into photobucket weird.

Anyways, I hope you all enjoyed. :goodvibes

Great pictures Carla! :goodvibes I miss the Fall colors... sigh.

Love the Snow White jacket!!! :lovestruc

Thank you bunches! You know, I keep hearing that a lot  Drive a little bit north into Alabama and you'll see the leaves changing I'm sure.

Thanks girl! Got that at the Disney store last year. On the back it has an even bigger Snow White outline and she's holding an apple (it's red) and on the bottom it says "Just one bite"

Yeah...we had snow but it's gone (thank goodness!!!) Hmmmm...bring a nice heavy sweater! Where in PA will you be? We tend to have snow on the ground a lot for Thanksgiving. Either way, it will probably be cold!

Oh good. Glad it's gone. Hopefully y'all won't have too much this winter. I know last winter was pretty harsh. I will be in Brookville, PA (most ppl have no idea where that is ). I was up there for Thanksgiving 2 or 3 years ago and it was unseasonably warm. Mid 60's almost the whole time. We absolutely loved it! Sort of hoping for that again but not holding my breath.

Nice pictures! It looks beautiful down there! (We have never been to GA) The covered bridge is really cool...love those kinds of things!!!

Thanks! You should visit some time. You could stay in Atlanta and visit the Coke museum and the GA Aquarium. Or you could visit Helen GA. Very pretty up there.

Yeah I love historical things like Covered Bridge too. There's lots of neat little things like that here. Just gotta wander around and find 'em. :thumbsup2

Nope...don't know where it is??? Is it near anything larger? I am so sick of these winters up here! Ready to head south!!!!!

It's about an hour north (or maybe not even that long) of Punxsutawney. Also maybe about 45 min East of DuBois.

I would be too! I hate the cold. I hate the winters we get here and I know they're nothing compared to what you guys get up there.

I just checked on the all knowing Wikipedia and Goofy's top speed is 20mph and Big Thunder Mountain Rail Road's top speed is 35mph. I have no idea if he'll get on it. That's really not fast at all but I know SM's top speed is 35mph too and he hated it. I think mostly because it was in the dark. We'll see. :confused3

wow, not very fast.

Hey there Mike! Thanks for stopping by :goodvibes:

 well, as long as you look hard core that's all that matters.

Thanks. I think it will be fun and we might even get to see Kelly again in the mix. :thumbsup2 That stinks that Roxy has that problem too. I feel her pain. It really stinks. And we have payroll every week here. But when I'm not here my Dad does it even though he hates it. He hates to do the tedious things.

Thank ya. Yeah SM is pretty whiplashy. I think with the renovation having just taken place when we get there in December it will be better. Or at least I'm hoping. I can't wait to ride the new version. The halloween themed one at DLR sounds awesome though.

Thanks! Yeah, that's what I'm going to try to do at AK this year. I am thinking I might go and see my Dr to get some kind of meds for my panic attacks before we go to WDW this year. Thinking just having the meds will help. And maybe I can take one before going to AK so I don't get the closed in feeling before we get into the park far enough for me to not feel like I'm trapped. The older I get the worse these panic attacks seem to get.

Thanks. I really hope I can convince him to ride. I think he would enjoy it if he just tried.

oh yes I think the new SM is going to be a lot like its Disneyland cousin!

I'm SOOO jealous that Mike got to ride it, and especially the Halloween version! I've heard such great things about it.

I got new shoes. Not specifically for WDW but I will be taking them there. Super excited!! I love new shoes!!! :woohoo:

love them. I like that the first ones are very neutral. You can wear them with a lot of colors (except black I guess)

I love that the white shoes have plaid detailing. Very cute

Great pictures Carla! :goodvibes I miss the Fall colors... sigh.

Love the Snow White jacket!!! :lovestruc

HEYY! I was gonna say that. And you beat me to it!

Great pictures Carla

I know  He drives way faster than that in the car and TT is also way faster than that. I don't know what the man's deal is with "fast" rides. I mean, RnRC isn't even very fast.

I can't wait to try it out.

And yes, I'm jealous of Mike too. One day we will all make it over there to experience DLR goodness.

Thanks girl. Chris actually helped me pick out the first pair. I think he did a good job. :goodvibes

Well Thanks Cheri :goodvibes

Great pictures Carla

Love fall pics :lovestruc

Thanks Kelly! It really is pretty right now. But it's going fast. Leaves are falling like crazy
