Monorail crawl Tim.

With all the Christmas decorations, you can blow that 1 1/2 hours just doing the monorail resorts easy.

I could of been included with the tea but I thought it would be good for just Melody & Juliana to go. I just need to find something to do for 1 1/2 hours. Think I can find some trouble to get into?

I might be able to get a picture of my pinky up while drinking an adult beverage though.

I'm with Poolrat, I see a monorail crawl in your future. How about spreading that yuletide cheer with a Lapu Lapu at the Poly, eh? Now that'd be a sight. Tim with a pinky up while drinking out of a pineapple!

Thanks for the story. That stinks that MAW put them up in a Motel 6... I hope they still had an amazing trip. We have some friends who don't 'get' the whole Disney thing... but hey, to each their own. I know that Juliana will find magic at GKTW, Disney, SeaWorld, and US. I can't believe that this time next week we will be there!!!!!!

I have a feeling that they insisted on going at a certain time and maybe GKTW wasn't available. They ended up at the Beach Club on their own dime. My cousins are hotel snobs.....but I think it runs in the family because I am too (Blaming our Uncle Bernie who owned a travel agency and always took us on great trips, my 5th bday gift was to Disney with him and my grandmother, that was actually the last niece/nephew trip he took, he died 2 years later). They did have a great trip, their only complaint was the hotel, but they fixed that. They still talk about that trip 14 years later!

Juliana will be in her glory on this trip! She is really going to enjoy this trip especially now that she is a LITTLE bit older! So excited for you guys! Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm thinking this is a good idea. I don't want to go too far, and since we aren't going into a park, it makes no sense to waste a park day for 1 hour.

Oh, and if you're looking for something to do while Mel and Juliana are at the tea party, Mizner's Lounge is quite fabulous right there at the Grand Floridian. Hmmm, 10:30am does sound a bit early to be drinking, maybe you could have a mimosa? That's made with orange juice and it wouldn't look like you were 'hitting the sauce' in the morning! Or you could just stroll the walkway between the GF and the Poly, it's really beautiful. Good grief, you're getting so close to your trip!

Thanks for the suggestions! I don't think I have a problem having a drink in the AM... Mel might have the problem with it. I'm sure I will find something fun to do. If nothing else I will have a little alone time.

We are so happy that she got the tea party. I think Juliana & Melody will have a wonderful time at the party. I hope Mel takes a ton of pictures so I can explain it all to you guys. LOL

Melody broke out Juliana's suitcase last night and starting getting all her great outfits stored away. Now we just have to start working on our suitcases- all our laundry is done so that is 1/2 the battle.
