We had a very busy day today. It started off with Juliana NOT sleeping in. I was up with her at 6am.... I guess she didn't get the memo to get an extra hour of sleep last night. Today was my nieces baptism so we were in church all morning, then had a nice lunch. When we got home in the late afternoon, we had a call from one of Juliana's wish granters-Melody was on the phone and took the call. They set up a tentative day/time for them to come to our house and give us the information for the trip. They are going to come to our house in 2 weeks- the week before the trip. That was the extent of the call.

So mark your calendars.... November 23rd is the day when we will find out all the final details of Juliana's trip.

Looks like there is no going away 'party' per say- like I have read on so many other MAW PTRs. That is fine, but we have to wait 2 more weeks!

Great news on finding out your info!! When we were waiting, my DH and I actually had to end up driving down from Philly because we couldnt afford to fly with Daniel and his parents/siblings!!! they waited until we were 3 weeks away from the trip to give us that info!!! Daniel didnt get a going away party either, but he did get a MAW tshirt when they came to give him the info.

We were staying with the neices and nephews this weekend (4,6,8,17) plus a GREAT DANE, a lizard and some fish - lol. Well, 6:15 rolled around and it was still silent - I was THRILLED!! - and then it happened - the Great Dane started barking and woke everyone up!!!!!! Oh well, at least we had a lot of time to play before Sunday School today!!! lol!

Great news on finding out your info!! Well, I stand by my offer to call them for you! It must be difficult not knowing the details till 1 week out. I'm a super, uber planner and boy that would be hard for me. But I'm sure you have tons more patience than me, right?

Ok, I laughed when I read about Juliana's tricks to get you to wake up! My DD7 does that...sneaking in all stealthily and then proceeding to either rub my face, tickle my arm or continually flop around till I grunt some sort of reply! Then her first question is what's for breakfast! Every single time!

And I was like, but we have to see the Japan drummers and then the candy lady before the Italian juggler starts his show! Do you see why he said what he did?

That review nearly made me cry, the little girl was so adorable! It looked like they had a wonderful time and for a split second I pictured all 3 of my DD's with myself there at the tea party. And then I did the math for that and that dream quickly vanished!

Ya, DH can't stand Dancing with the Stars either yet he always manages to watch part of it until I'm like, honey, don't you have something else to do? Sadly he makes fun of the judges and the dancer's outfits. Then he says he can't believe I find it entertaining and then I tell him that I don't make fun of him for playing World of Warcraft! Well, at least not to face anyway!

I can honestly say that I was emotional reading that review. (I didn't cry.. but I felt like I could have) The girl was so cute and happy. I'm sure it was emotional for her mom too.

Then I was a little sad that I wouldn't be joining Melody & Juliana, but happy that they will be able to share the time together.

The hair clips are beautiful. I have never seen anything like them so creative and so cute. They will look great in her hair. Just amazing!

Juliana and I have to bake some kind of dessert. Tuesday night the Wish granters come. Thursday Thanksgiving. The weekend will be full of packing and repacking.

Well I hope since Juliana was up early that meant she fell asleep early too.

We got her to bed a little earlier. I'm sure it is going to take her a few days to get back on her normal schedule.

I am happy that you finally heard something from MAW I don't know how I would be with getting the info so late but it will all work out!!!
