Just got back from this movie and I have to say it was fabulous!! I wasn't so thrilled about some of the cursing but other than that a really great movie. The plot was easy to follow and very original. I can't wait to read the book now! Oh and Eric Bana naked was alone worth the price of admission LOL!!

Glad to hear it was so good! I read the book a few years ago and it was fabulous. One of my favorite books. I hope the movie really lives up to it since I have very high expectations of it!

Me too although I'm always much harder on a movie when I have read and enjoyed the book. I hate it when they change things around and take good parts out or don't live up to the quality of the book.

I've heard a bunch of bad reviews of the film, but this morning I've seen several postings from real people who liked it. Glad to read them. I've put it on my Netflix queue for next summer.
