And this is why I don't have kids (and don't plan to have any!!) I have too many friends who have had kids and their horror stories of birth have scared me for life. Oh well, I live for my cats and bunnies!!

Danauk, one evening, before we had children, we were visiting my DS and BIL, and without asking us, they just started playing their birth video.

Ewwww, that is way too much information. I though my DH was going to faint right there.

See, this is why I don't tell any of my friends or family about this website. I can talk about them, and they'll never know.

I guess I do spend my day with 29 7 year olds. Does that count for anything? (I get called mum by at least one of them each week!!)

Oh BARB, I shiver at the thought. Like you needed to see that, especially a relative and before having one. I could maybe get it if you were like DHB and Tinkbackwards and were talking about it then decided to view it, but not before having a child. Was she trying to scare the pants off of you (no pun intended)?

Well, the camera was far enough away that it wasn't too visually graphic, but the audio was loud and clear. It sounded a bit pornographic! LOL. (If she knew I was saying this, she'd kill me.)

Changes have been made. I'm sad that you had to cancel your Dallas trip, but I totally understand. What a crock, calling it a free trip but having to pay $$$$$ in taxes. One of these days I'm sure we'll all get to meet up though.

Those girl scout cookies soung yummy, we don't get them over here (although that is probbly a good job as I am trying really hard to stick to my weight watchers diet at the moment!!)

Something really wierd has just happened in my house. I heard these strange screaming noises from upstairs, so I went to investigate. My DH is putting together a sound effects CD for his school play next week!!

OOh, I just realised that my favourite film Oceans Eleven is on the movie chanel so I think I will watch it (although I have a bad habbit when watching it whilst other people are around as I have a tendency to say I've been there every time they are in the Bellagios!!)

I was over on the Dark side reading the 18 pages and left a rant for you Rick and Lewski...I weigh a lot more now, but those seats just aren't comfortable...

Oh and Bichon Barb, after Lainie was born I shook from the top of my head all the way down to my toes. My teeth were chattering & everything. I kept telling the nurses I was cold. They put about 10 hot blankets on me. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating bullets.
