The Sweet Meet - Dis'ers do Hershey

We'll have to go to the Hummelstown Fuddruckers. The other one is no longer open. The Hummelstown is closer to the park anyway.

Well, I guess that answers that question.

It sure does.. thanks:thumbsup2

I guess I should have gone to Fuddruckers website. I was using Google Maps and it listed both locations... Sorry for creating a little confusion.

Too bad about the drinks/food not allowed at the pool area. I guess it's party in the Marchese room. :cool1:

The Hummelstown Fuddruckers was the only one I knew about. Good thing I didn't pick the closed one.

Nice to hear the Taylors are official. :thumbsup2

This time i would actually have kids with me.

I won't hold that against you.

Todd -

I see our greatest challenge as getting to 83N. I will bring Frannie with me for alternate routes but the Baltimore beltway is probably our best shot - which also means higher risk for traffic:eek:

I can switch to the earlier flight, if that would help.

H-E-R-S-H-E-Y!

Have I mentioned that I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone?

I like the color coordination! I don't think I've heard you mention that before, I wasn't sure if you were excited...........:confused3 ;)

By everyone you mean me...right? :rolleyes1

Um. Yeah. That's EXACTLY what I meant, Don! You're a mind reader. ;)

:thumbsup2

11 more sleeps!!!

:yay:

Even less for me, because I get to start my trip on Wednesday night (8/11) when I head to New Jersey to meet up with Kathy! :woohoo:

I know I've been quite reserved about the whole thing so far. Mmmmm. Chocolate!

OK, just got off the phone w/the hotel. We are free to assemble in the afternoon/evening in the breakfast area of the hotel for snacks. However, their state regulation does not allow any liquor to be consumed in the LOBBY of the hotel.

So, we have a few options.... take it outside, a la Dodie's suggestion. If it is a nice night (fingers crossed) we could do it tailgate style, we could bring chairs and blankets outside, maybe find a grassy area. Or, we could see where we are located within the hotel and have a "roaming" party.

"Tailgating. It isn't just for Penn State football games any more."

Can't wait!

Can we all sit in the back seat and crank up the bass? Then I'd feel like it was High School all over again ;) Making out is encouraged!

So wrong on so many levels.

But then again it's coming from Don. Why expect anything less?

My plan is to work at home until I need to leave for the airport - I thini the deciding factor will be what time is dinner.

Dinner is planned for around 6pm, Anne. It's going to be a very casual dinner at Fuddruckers so if you can't make it, or make it later than 6pm, that's fine.
