32 days left and it's Malificent day on my countdown chart so might as well do a Malificent picture today!

I started working on Aisling's Sea World outfit this weekend. I have so little motivation....uggghhh. You think the "32 day" part would be all the motivation I need

Is it bad that, if given the opportunity, I don't think I would have my picture taken with the villans?! They kind of scare me

Ooohhh, can't wait to see the SW outfit!

That is soooo tempting... but makes for a very, very long day.
I guess you could do it as long as you planned a nap between Sea World and AK and/or a sleep-in morning for the next day!

I've never seen AK at night so I understand the temptation...

It is tempting. As it stands...since it's so close to the hotel, I might run over there solo to take some pics. But we'll see when we roll in from SW. It's our last night so we'll definitely sleep in the next morning (we always do on checkout day).

This might make you feel better about your Sea World outfit - I have five outfits planned for our trip in 20 days and all I have done so far is bought the fabrics!

Aisling is so brave! But all of this coming from the girl who was terrified of the movie Hocus Pocus - I slept with the light on for a month! I think what scared me the most was Bette Midler's teeth! I'm such a wimp

Ok that does make me feel a little better. Sadly I've had a Simply Sweet cut and pinned and all ready for sewing for 3 days now...maybe this weekend it will become a dress.

She is pretty brave

In fairness to you 1) I'm terrified of clowns and 2) Bette Midler's teeth in that movie were REALLY scary. I also can't watch horror movies because they still give me nightmares and I'm the sister of the man who runs the #1 horror fan site of all time. He gets paid to run it and I can't even look at this site

One month!!!!! Can't you just feel the love and excitement????

As an aside, if you guys could throw some good thoughts/prayers my way...that would be much appreciated. As most of you know, I had two best friends growing up. One moved to CA since her hubby is a Professor at Stanford and the other passed away 2 1/2 years ago. The one is CA is expecting baby #2. She found out last week that the little guy has a heart defect. She had an amnio yesterday to try and determine the extent. She is obviously very nervous and being out there alone isn't helping. Any prayers and good thoughts couldn't hurt. Apparently, it takes about 2 weeks for amnio results to come back so it's extremely anxiety provoking

This weekend, I will set up my studio and actually work on the dresses. Less than a month and I have completed NOTHING for the trip! Well, I cut out the fabric, just need to sew it all together and applique. . .

do you want me to mail the dresses to you or bring them with me? we will have plenty of room in our suitcases since we usually change several times a day and we won't be doing that this trip.

I think that we should take a long mid-day break MK day, eat at Ohana, then stay as late as the kids will let us!!

And I am totally up for AK late if I get season passes. . .

You can bring the dresses with you if you want. But we will have to meet up either when I arrive or early the next morning since you have Aisling's first day outfit. That's if you WANT to sew. If you are too stressed...DON'T.

So sorry for your friend - sending good thoughts and prayers. I had to wait a week early in my pregnancy with Jordan to see if she was going to make it. That was the longest week of my life.
