Now "he who walks on water" is on TV tell'n us, if we don't pass my health care package, America will freak'n die !!!


Does anyone see see a pattern here ? Or is it a scare tactic pattern ? Or is it the blind leading the stoopid ? Or the stoopid being blind ? Or scaring the blindingly stoopid ? Or a pattern of the blind, stoopid and scary ?

Are we ever gonna put a end to this crap ?

AND THEY ARE WORK'N ON ANOTHER STIMULUS PACKAGE !!!

Frank - my IRA is freaking dying!! Even though we changed from a moderate investment program to a very conservative program in September, our IRA's are now officially 63% lower than they were in July 07. It is considerably below our original investment in 2002/3. If something short of miraculous doesn't happen in the next 4 years, we will never be able to retire. 30+ years of saving for retirement....down the freaking toilet!!!

Unfortunately, the market did start the downturn under W's watch. Obama was handed a stinking kettle of fish, and whilst trying to turn it into fish chowder for the masses, it is sadly rotting in the pot instead. I still blame Reaganomics for the mess we are in now... corporate greed, too.

Yup, the market did start it's turn down with W,,BUT, with our HISTORICAL MAKING PRESIDENT,,we also have a HISTORICAL FALL in the market, since the the markets history, under any president, in his short time in office.

And yes, in the words of "he who walks on water", "I inherited " this mess. And I know he inherited it, BECAUSE HE TELLS US EVERY CHANCE HE CAN !!

BUT,,his entire campaign, ( along with other candidates) was based on that HE COULD FIX EVERYTHING. So he won, now all he can do is fly all over the country reading telepromters, tell'n us nothing is his fault, bad mouthing W,
and America is gonna freak'n die unless we borrow all the money in China so we can save a freak'n field mouse and find out why pig poop stinks.

Just seems to me that he should stop bad mouth'n everything and everyone,,
I think THAT would be the first step in the right direction. I mean, my god , the man can't stay off of TV for one day ! Gotta shove that doom and gloom down our throats ! What a rock star!! He's the only President in our history, that can't seem to say enough about how bad things are.(unless of course they pass all of his "gimme's")

If anyone has read a little about the propaganda that was used on the trusting, but naive people, during the start of social/communism then things happening here are bound to sound familiar.

I still blame Reaganomics for the mess we are in now... corporate greed, too.

When all the deregulation took place and the "watch-dog's" were fired, the spiraling began. Where were the "feds" when all these rediculous mortgages were written? Where were the "feds" when all the psychopath investors started making off with everyone's investments? Where were the "feds" when corporate CEO's milked their companies (and people's hard earned retirement benefits) for all they were worth & then went on to the next company? Oh yeah!!! Reagan did away with all federal watch-dogs! DUH????

Steve- There's a Rush bashing going on over on the community board. A stupid Rush bashing & a defending of all the sleazy people, TED KENNEDY!?!? Some are going as far as saying that because the Chappaquiddick incident happened 40 years ago, it's no longer relavent. HUH??? Murder has a statute of limitations?

Ok, I think I have the problem figured out about how to track all the $ that the banks were bailed out with, that nobody seems to know where it went.

A couple of months ago, I received a bill from the State of NJ for a "mistake" I made on my 2005 income taxes. It seems I accidentally claimed my property taxes on my land only lot, that is contiguous to my lot that my house is on. I had no idea that I could not claim the property taxes that I paid on this lot, that is subdivided from the lot that my house sits on. Oops. My mistake. So, the State of NJ billed me $44, from 2005!!!

My thought is this: since the State of NJ has such awesome auditors, why doesn't the Federal Govt hire them to find the billions of $ that nobody can seem to find. The banks claim that they can't possibly account for what happened to that bailout $. If NJ can find my piddly little $44, I'm confident they could find billions!!!!
