The Side effects of the AP-Trip#6 Oct 10 Final thoughts and some TMI

I'm glad to read that it only took you an hour, not an hour and a half, to get to the Yacht Club from MK! :)

I'm still reading Pat! Sometimes I'm just in a hurry to stay caught up and I don't comment.

I'm glad you decided to take the girls to see the resort decorations, so much fun stuff to look at!

I haven't seen the Muppets in ages, I think I enjoy looking at all the details in the attraction more than the attraction itself. :thumbsup2

I am feeling so loved.

I understand busy, as I have been playing catch up myself.

Once I saw the crowd in Fantasyland we had to bail. The resorts was my way to DHS to kill a couple of birds with one stone, while taking a bit of a break from teh parks during the peak Saturday crowds.

Since I never stand in line for the Muppets, the short queue line and the funny faces along the queue were new for me. All the gags inteh preshow are great. I know I spent some time in there on one of these trips. :rotfl:

For all of you who have read and commented and those who are just lurking...

THANK YOU

I really appreciate all the comments and also seeing the views go up lets me know you are reading. :lovestruc

I hope you are enjoying my wild ride and there is more to come.

It was getting dark and time to see the lights. These are A’s and B’s

Mission accomplished. I was able to show them the lights. Time to head out and get back to MK.

We need dinner. I suggest Contempo Café at the Contemporary. I had not been there since they refurbed the concourse so I was curious.

We ate and looked around.

We hop on the monorail and get back to MK since it was cold and the girls wanted to ride the monorail.
I point out the 5 legged goat and we board the monorail. Continuing the day’s theme we encounter this right as we walk in....

Yes we need to pick a nice day to get out and have some lunch. My schedule is wacky this week but maybe the next week it will lighten up a bit.

Look at your schedule and I will do the same. Hopefully I will get a moment to text you this week about next week?

Next week looks good for me so far. Send me a text when you know your schedule next week.

What the He..... a 5 legged goat??!! I thought those were only in Crapistan near the lake I swam in that was infested with who knows what radioactive matter!

You don't know about the 5 legged goat?!?!?!?!? :scared1:

Oh sister, we need to go back together. There is a 5 legged goat in the mural that faces the monorail in the Contemporary.

Nope, that's one dirty little secret I'd not heard of. Ah the things you can learn on the DIS. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Another lurker coming out.

Thanks for the history lesson. My son actually spotted that on our last trip and asked me why the goat had 5 legs. Obviously I could not answer him. Now I can. :thumbsup2

My first trip ever was to the Contemporary and for some reason I have know about that goat for a long time.

I wonder if my Dad told me. I think he was a bigger Disney freak than he let on. He was always suggesting things at Disney but when my kids were little I didn't "get it". :sad2: Now I do. ::yes::

Its a great thing to point out and show people.
