Pat: this is for you!

Always nice to have some nice scenery to look at.

I agree!![]()
The big wall, with no bench. Maybe someone noticed someone climbing on that bench to take pictures over the wall and removed it.
I snap this and hear a voice- You see nothing over that wall
Some people ruin things for everybody.![]()
I'll see how much nothing I can get pictures of on Saturday.![]()
I have seen another castle. I can't wait to see what has changed.
So are you staying up so you can sleep in the car? Or are you too excited to sleep?
I snap this and hear a voice- You see nothing over that wall
I am dead tired and yawning like crazy. I got up at three this morning, so I figure if I stay up until we leave at 1, I can sleep in the car. If I had gotten any sleep at all, I would have never been able to go back to sleep, and I would have been bored out of my gourd all night in the quiet and the dark. I think I will be able to sleep once we get going, since I'm so tired now, and that'll make the trip seem shorter, too.
Plus my snoring will keep the driver awake.![]()
Great pictures of The Now-Doomed Toontown! Looked the same as it did for me in Sept.
I hate the Orbiter- I'd definitely be hanging for dear life too ... if someone got me to ride it.
I see you had the 'fogup' on that first (or second) picture. Always happens first thing in the AM.![]()
Can't remember the last time I rode Astro Orbiter. Not usually a ride that any of us want to ride bad enough to spend the time in line waiting for it.
I do remember the first time we took Matt (DW was pregnant with Jonathan then). He was 2-1/2 and wanted to ride it. I figured it was calm enough for him so I took him up and we rode. Later that day we happened to be in the area again. It had been a long day and he was getting tired, but he wanted to ride again. We stood in line, which wasn't too long in February, and waited for the ride. He spent his time climbing all over the railing, things like that. We were getting close to riding and he wanted me to hold him. The line moved and right as we were next to get on the elevator they stopped us since it was full. Yes, we would be going up next. I look down and Matt is sound asleep in my arms. Alison grabs the stroller, we put him in it, and head out of the park back to our hotel. So our final time spent at the MK that day was waiting in line for a ride we never rode!!!![]()
Love the "nothing over the wall" line!
I can't remember the last time I rode Astro Orbiter. Like Marv, I never feel like it's worth the wait in line. I think it might be cool to try at night, though.
I feel so disillusioned with the photos of the women's bathroom, though. I always thought there must have been plush lounges with comfortable recliners, open bar, and a spa in there. Now I'm back to a loss explaining why women always go in groups.![]()
You gotta do it al least once. Then you can cross it off your list.Well, I've never been on Astro Orbiter....so many other rides I'd rather do.
Funny that they moved that bench.
My goodness...I don't think we've done Astro Orbiter since 2000! And I guess I don't remember it being quite that high up.![]()
ThanksGreat photo with the White Rabbit, Pat.
I can't read your ticker. Exactly what are your dates?
