I am a definite newbie to this forum, and we have always visited Disney World and did Disneyland Paris a couple of years ago but this will be our first Disney Cruise next week (March 6th for the 3 day stint).
We are in 7121 and from reading as much as I can figure this shouldn't be too bad. Any comment on that area or part of the ship? I have been reading everywhere about the "Secret Deck". I have done searches but the volume on this board is so great I cannot find a definitive description of what it is. We are looking forward to a fun few days and if it is as much fun as we anticipate may become a regular part of our holidays.
Cheers,
Grumbo:D

The secret deck is not so secret anymore. It is a wonderful lounging area, and with a few steps from your room, you will be there. It can be seen from decks 9&10 if you know where to look below. What a peaceful area for some r&r. You can not see the ocean when lounging since the veranda is a full metal enclosure. Enjoy!

The "secret deck" is on deck #7, aft. DH and I finally discovered it on our last cruise. We had heard about it so were anxious to see it. There are several lounge chairs out there. We spent one afternoon there and nobody else joined us. It was a nice alternative to the deck by the pool when we just wanted "peace and quiet." :)

Thanks very much folks.
I looked at the photos and appreciate the info. From the deck plans it should be close. Great!!!
Hopefully the weather will cooperate.
One other question if anyone can comment.
The Glass bottom boat tour in Nassau? It looked good in the literature but read one comment that it was only a small porthole in the hull that everyone had to take turns looking out. Has anyone taken this trip recently and confirm this? If this is the case we'll pass I think.
Cheers,
Grumbo

I had 7121 on the Wonder and loved it.

I took the Glass bottom boat in Feb. and yes I can confirm that it is a hole on the bottom floor and people had to take turns looking out.

I can't believe how great this forum is. I just booked the Stingray City and Blue Lagoon Encounter as the Dolphin Encounter was fully booked. I wish I'd looked for this forum earlier and would have done all of this rather than the week before:jester:
From the comments I've read though this looks good. Had considered going with the http://www.dolphinswims.com directly but I'm not sure where the heck I'm going. I figure this first Disney Cruise will give me a chance to get the lay of the land so to speak and after that will go for some of the other stuff.
Thanks again.
Grumbo :)
