The Seas with Nemo and friends

We rode it on 11/26 and 28 in the morning and there were practically no lines. The ride was cute but nothing spectacular but since my DD4 is a BIG Nemo fan, she enjoyed it.

We rode it and loved it. We walked right on the evening before Thanksgiving. All of us (total of 8 in our group) thought Disney did a great job with it.

We say the Nemo show at AK. I actually wasn't nuts about it. The actors did a really good job but I just didn't care for it. However, my 4 year really enjoyed it and it kept his attention through the whole show.

 My family and I must be incredibly strange...we all LOVED it!! We thought the cue part that was "under" the sea was incredible! The ride was great. The 35 yo (me), the 57 yo (DMom), 6 yo ds, 2yo ds all loved it and rode 2 more times.

I didn't see anything jump out at us.

So I will accept being strange and plan on doing it again next time!!

Ah, mixed reviews. I suppose I'll have to try it out in May myself. I get the distinct impression that it is a cute ride geared for younger kids. Well, that sounds great. Epcot needs more attractions for younger kids so that they can also get excited about that park. I wonder........if the Nemo ride was transplanted into Fantasyland, do you think it would get rave reviews all around? Perhaps people just have a hard time seeing this as an Epcot attraction?

We rode it a few weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised. It's definitely geared toward the 3-7 set, but it's a cute little ride with some classic Disney elements we haven't seen in a long time. Lots of texture, lots of transitions, very much in keeping with the sort of attractions Disney built once upon a time.

It's not a thrill ride, by anyone's standards, but it's a gentle journey with a Disney character and the technology at the end is quite delightful. We loved how Nemo (who isn't one of my favorites, sorry to say) and his friends went from being cartoonish to being in a Real Setting, then you went on to see real Nemo's and Friends. A great transition, IMO, and a fun little ride.
