I am so excited! I just saw that the Dis has created a Tokyo Disney board. Finally a decent place to go to find info. Unfortunately it looks like when I eventually go on my Japan trip I will be traveling solo as nobody wants to go to Japan with me.

Not for a few years at least, it will be an expensive trip so probably not until 2014 or 2015. As you can see I like to plan really far in advance!

Hi Rosie Disney...., I am going through Disney withdraw GROAN!!! I hope that the next few years will fly bye!!. I saw that Pier One has a contest for a trip for 4 to Disney World, ends Nov 30th, I told Lessa and the boys to go and enter as many times as possible yesterday. Lessa????, all I got from the Bros Grimm, can't we get a break, we don't want to go back to Disney every year Can these boys be my sons and Lessa's brothers??? Not interested !!!!. I think they need a serious dose of pickie dust!!! .

Lessa, thanks so much for sharing! It's nice reading about a mother and daughter trip where you guys get along so well. I once brought up the idea to my own mother of going to Scotland together (my aunt and cousin went together last year), and I was pretty well shot down . Oh, well, we'd probably drive each other crazy anyway!

I once brought up the idea to my own mother of going to Scotland together (my aunt and cousin went together last year), and I was pretty well shot down . Oh, well, we'd probably drive each other crazy anyway!

Yes, we get along really well, most of the time, probably because she lets me be in control and do all the planning. We fight all the time at home though, mostly because I supposedly "lecture" her too much on how things should be done. Doesn't she know that I am always right and that I know best.

Lessa, just joining in Thanks for the handy dandy chapter links, I was able to read your whole report in a couple days! I love reading about a mother/daughter trip. My mom and I went on a cruise together when I was 20. We had a blast. Don't know if we'll get the chance to do it again - but maybe someday a three generation girls only trip with my mom and my daughters - now that would be awesome!
