The Running Thread - 2026

I'm starting a strength training accountability thread if anybody wants to join in. This is the year I really start a good routine, I swear! You can too, let's push each other along. I know I can really use the help. Just check in when you do a strength training workout, post your routines & tips, or just tell people Good job.

I…uh, so, I knew I was going to go into this weekend and not be able to run or work out at all for several days while we do the last film festival here for, at least, a few years…I may have, i mean, I did hit the running kind of hard, and now my good knee is pretty ‘itis-y.

I took yesterday off and it already feels a bit better. It’s been bothering me for about a week, but not while running so I have been pushing through it. It does not feel great.

Le sigh.

At least it will get some rest and stretching this weekend.
