ATTQOTD - for summer, I'm planning on staying consistent with running between my 5k this Sunday and when I start training for my 10 miler at the end of September. I'll also give my usual "strength train" answer, but somehow I never manage to keep that up
ATTQOTD - what are hills? I checked Garmin to see what the elevation gain is on the "hill" near my house that I always run downhill since I hate hill. It's only 22ft
It's less than a 3% incline
