If whatever DS1 was up to was beyond "normal use" it wouldn't typically be covered under warranty for any product. However, some companies just really want to keep their customers happy so I suggest contacting goodr to ask what your options are.there's fewer of you to judge my brain-moment here, so this is where I'm asking. DS1 snapped the inside part of the hinge on DS2's goodrs yesterday. So they're broken. Is this a warranty thing? Or does DS1 now owe his brother a pair of sunglasses? We're still well within the 1yr window.
I recently found myself the owner of a new hydration belt because Nathan decided it be so. All I asked was how I could buy a replacement bottle because one of mine leaks and instead received a whole new belt. I was pleasantly surprised and it definitely created a loyalty to the brand that I didn't have previously.
