It couldn't have been much maybe 5 miles. I'd have to go back through my run history and look.QOTD: What is your longest midweek training run you have ever done that did not count as your long run?
ATTQOTD: 13.1 miles on a treadmill. 2 hours on the TM is not very fun, but at least i have a TV to watch.
Question for fun: How much of you kids candy have you eaten since trick or treat? More than i am proud of...

Now that you're kind of an adult, you can enjoy an even better holiday, the "Day of the Dead Discount Candy Day"It couldn't have been much maybe 5 miles. I'd have to go back through my run history and look.
Well considering I'm still kind of a kid but also kind of an adult, I don't have kids, and my mom gave me a bag of KitKats and Reece's peanut butter cups. Let's just say I have dived into those no problem...
ATTQOTD: Pfitizinger's had 14 and 15 milers midweek. I called them mid-week grinders because they just seemed to go on and on and on.
I didn't attack any of the kids candy...yet. We had a halloween party on Saturday there's still some cake leftover so I've been enjoying that.
Get healthy so I can run for the most part. I'm thinking It will be a low mileage month. Also maybe try and find better winter running clothes.QOTD: With a new month comes new goals. What are your running goals for November?
ATTQOTD: 7 miles on Thursdays several times this last month...on a treadmill.
Kudos to all you double-digit weekday warriors out there!
RE: the candy. I've been sneakily throwing away pieces every night when my kid is asleep to "thin the herd"...is that evil?
She does a trick where she takes a piece from her bucket and when she sees I've caught her she comes and hands it to me and pretends it was for me all along "here mommy, a present." I've called her bluff a few times and ate them. She also says things like "I'll eat five bites of rice for a candy." She's figuring out new tricks daily to get more candy. So that's how I know genetics is real.
