I'm way behind but I've heard a lot about you from Liesa (All7OfUs) and Glen (glennbo123) --don't worry it's all good things So I decided to come join in on your TR! I just missed you at the World by a couple days. I went from Feb 20-24. Was it cold enough for ya? Can't wait to hear about your trip!

Sadly we don't have the right BC's for the big kids and a 17 year old terrible at recon....so it didn't happen.

Oh well, T's happy that he gets to go to youth group, I'm happy I'll make it to yoga, Jeff's happy that I said I'd make waffles as consolation and K's happy that she gets to go shopping with me instead.

We'd all rather have gone up though.

How were the waffles and the shopping?

Ugh, a guy flossing on the plane? That's disgusting! Although I have a good one too. The last flight I was on, a man (after eating a warm egg salad sandwich which stunk up the entire plane) proceeded to whip out his q-tips and clean his ears. Um, gross?! But it was like a train wreck, I couldn't look away, I just stared in disbelief...

Love the feet pic, I think that is a standard vacation photo. Everyone has one like that, and looking at it just takes you back to your wonderful vacation.

I never even thought of taking the feet pic until this trip if you can believe it.

Way to roll with the room assignment. We stayed in the 80's in 2007 and it was a short walk to the bus stop. When I was assigned the 90 in 2009 I didn't think it was a bad spot I just wanted something different. We had already enjoyed the computer pool.

I'm so sorry you couldn't find any real food once you got to Pop. I hope you made up for it the next morning.

I agree !! I really love Pop!!!Never having stayed any where else I have nothing to compare it with!!

I've stayed a value, mod and deluxe and DVC and enjoyed each one.

I just got all caught up on you TR... I am so wanting to be at POP right now... We have stayed in the 90's building before, only our room was about as far from the buses as you can get... It surely was quiet though... I am anxious to read more I am off to work right now, but i will tune in tomorrow... Love the naughty chonies BTW ...

Well if you've missed the banter...people have also seen people pick and flick on the plane and use q-tips!!!

There are some nice seating areas along the lake and around the bridge.

Your room location actually sounds pretty good. I've stayed in Pop several times, but was never in the 80's section.

I've now stayed in the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's

I swear I posted about the panties I plan to wear to Mexico but can't find the post. There is a random panty post on someone's thread.

I've read this somewhere...which is why that's where we've decided we'll be staying next year.

Just think I have 3 furry faces that look at me like this when my/our bags are packed!! It is really sad....and as soon as the bags come out they know EXACTLY what you are doing



Just had to comment on this....went to IHOP for the first time in FOREVER yesterday morning. I however did NOT have the omelette choice you did, b/c I would have for sure gotten that. But I did have a spinach & mushroom omelette that was INCREDIBLE!!! Will be going back there again....and hopefully SOON!



Being a dental asstistant this story just makes me LAUGH!!



When Dawn and I went we had requested a very specific 'batch' of rooms. The CM even commented how good we were to do that and that there were plenty of choices for them to pick from. They gave us a room on the exact OPPOSITE side of what we had asked for . So we did ask for a different room and ended up in the 90's bulid, which we didn't think we'd be happy with. But like yours it ended up being a GREAT spot!

For some reason IHOP has bounced back in quality over the last few years. I actually have enjoyed my meals there the last few times.
