I took it to mean that Brooks duped her. He easily could have been dropped off by Vickie and walked into the building, wait for her to leave then either sit in the lobby for a while (lots of people sit in medical center lobbies waiting for loved ones at appointments, so it would be no big deal to do this), or leave and go have coffee somewhere. He could call her later to pick him up. All he would have to do is wait outside, or in the lobby for her to pick him up. Just my thoughts.

I think its kind of like the lie she told about Terry having someone come over in the middle of the night to treat Brooks. I feel like she was trying to "prove" Brook's case to the other ladies. She was trying hard to convince them he was sick because I think she believed he was. I think She was embellishing her involvement in his illness to garner sympathy from the other ladies and make them believe he was sick.

Not saying it was right, but I think she was desperate to make them believe her. So she may have said she sat with him while he was having treatments when in fact she just dropped him off. Brooks is still maintaining that he is sick, but that he made up the documents.

She probably did pick him up from there after he went and had lunch in the cafeteria! LOL!

I'm sure City of Hope was getting frustrated with all the calls from crazies trying to find out what was going on. To put an end to it, it was to their benefit to make a statement about him not being a patient. If in fact he was, they could not say anything. This saved their reputation as well.

Vickie needs to sit down with these ladies and just say she was sorry. This guy was very manipulative and she was a willing participant. He had her hook, line and sinker from the beginning. She's mentioned before that she just wants to be loved. He saw that vulnerability and enacted on it big time. Smart in business, dumb in love!

Well, I've said before she is a narcissist. It's all about her, and how she was duped. So that excuses her behavior. She is trying to apologize, but I still don't think she really understands what she needs to apologize for.

The latest article from E!, after the City of Hope revelation, is that Brooks is now admitting he fabricated the medical documents shown on the show but that he does have cancer. I read the article yesterday and he essentially says he got caught up in the "story line" of the show and didn't want to expose his real, personal medical records so he made up a fake one for the purposes of the show. This is his explanation after City of Hope publicly said he was never there.

I have to say I liked seeing Jena and I wish she would come back more often.

I'm not crazy about Kelly but it's still early so I may change my mind.

I never thought I'd say this but I feel sorry for Meghan. She will more than likely end up a single mom co-parenting with Jim's newer young wife

I don't like the new girl. Heather is my favorite. She cracks me up. I think she's hysterical. Can't stand Vicki. She is the biggest hypocrite. Funny, she posted a picture on Instagram of her and Gretchen out together. I'm sorry, they HATED each other! But now that she doesn't have any friends she's friends with Gretchen!! Really??

Vicki is the worst! And her daughter is a chip off the old block. Briana is a 30+ year old married woman with two kids, yet her mother buys her an expensive Yukon to drive (second car she's bought for her) and a house in OC which is not cheap. Plus, her home in Oklahoma City looked pretty nice so I'd be surprised if Vicki didn't chip in for that too. And then Briana has the audacity to complain that Vicki has to go work, and of course all the crap she gave Vicki about Brooks over the years. Even though Brooks was scum, Briana was too opinionated about the situation when Brooks was still new in Vicki's life, before fake cancer, and it put Vicki in a precarious spot.

Heather's scenes from planning her appliances, barbecue, pizza oven, ice maker, etc. were just sickening! So much money! I wonder where their wealth comes from? I realize Terry is a successful plastic surgeon and they're both "reality TV stars" now, but they had this money before RHOC and Botched were in their lives. Heather was a Z List actress for a while and had some shows, but I can't imagine she made enough to help sustain this kind of a lifestyle. Do plastic surgeons really make that much in the OC? I feel like Heather would be a better fit on RHOBH.

Is there a thread for RHONJ? Anyone watching that? Don't want to derail this thread

Was it on last night? I have given up while the Olympics were on as I didn't think Bravo was airing anything but Olympic coverage (which has been really fun to watch).

With what I have seen of Kelly, she seems really, really out there. I don't relate to her or her life style at all. Lots of drinking and partying.....


Has anyone been following Heather on Instagram? If so, did you see her unpacking the boxes of Champagne for her "Champs" room? Looked (and, probably was) an ad.
