Thanks for the great writing--I'm full of nostaligic memories with all of the PA references (I do believe Pennsylvanians are the only people to call the beach the "shore"--we routinely go where most of PA goes over the 4th, OCMD). DH and I are both PSU alums--me-English, DH-Physics, Mathematics and Astrophysics--though he's not quite as nerdy as that sounds Plus the mention of the famed Dorney and Hershey parks--gotta love it--oh yes, we happen to own a green beetle (reference to your avatar).
So with that, congrats on your success with the proposal and we are looking forward to the next installment. Go State!
Punch buggy love! Love your TR!! I'm an old lady, been married 16 years to my "Pan". How truly romantic. Wishing you both all the best. Will the wedding be in WDW? We were just there and saw a bride in Cinderella' horse drawn carriage!! Our daughter, who is 11, going on 20, thought this was the best!
i am sitting in class and instead of paying attention i am checking to see if you have updated. so i am saving myself the trouble and am going to subscribe.
you have a wonderful story so far and i cant wait to read the rest!
My DH sent my engagement ring to me through the mail. So most people have a more romantic engagement story to tell. I am loving yours. The fact that you were so old fashioned and asked her dad for permission shows true love and commitment. Way to go. My father made my DH wait a week before he said yes Poor guy....
Okay, I know, I know, I said I would write more two nights ago, and still no new posts. I swear, I've been writing, but DF has also had need of the computer, so I have to restrict my online time to allow her to do her stuff. I've also been filling up on some of my fellow Trip Reporters' threads, which, if you are reading this now, know that it can take some time off your day.
I don't have anything planned except some quality writing time tonight, though, so check back around suppertime!
Oh yea, and Maelstrom RULEZ!
I hear its a Fast Pass...
