This is what my kids will be doing while I’m waiting in line to meet Malificent. If she is there! Ha.

She was on a treat trail last year and there was not much of a wait to get through the trail and interact with her! We really loved the OBB treat trails with the characters on them interacting with us. So much better than standing in line for hours at MNSSHP party at WDW for characters!

Agree. She was close to Soarin. I was wearing a Captain America shirt and she was talking trash to me because she said she was the only star.

I hope she’s there this year. She is my absolute most favorite villain. I feel like I need to come up with something amazing you say to her.

Maleficient is def a highlight on the interactive treat trails, in 2019 I had dressed as male Bo Peep, and she literally said she wanted to burn my sheep!! LOL

Yes but it is entirely inadequate (filled in one or two trails).

Last year we (2 adults, no kids) hauled home about 3 full plastic grocery bags of candy, chips, and snacks. I had a massive handbag as part of my costume and my DH also had a large bag, but we had to dump our bags in a locker partway through the night because they were so heavy.

The bags they give out fill up after 2 treat trails. We use pillow cases and lockers as well.

We take a larger bag, and put it in our locker. We then go and dump the smaller bag contents into the larger bag, and keep it moving.

She will probably come up with something amazing to say to you! DD and I were rags Cinderella and Fairy Godmother last year and I can't remember the specifics, but I do remember she had a lot to say about it. DH isn't big on costumes, but we got him in the Kristoff vest the Disney Store sold last year and I do remember her getting on to him because he didn't look like he "belonged" with us.

Also, know that if you don't want a giant load of candy, you can just say no thank you. We were in it for the characters, not the candy. If we saw something we really liked we would take it, but a lot of times we just bypassed the candy or said no thanks.

I missed my chance at Carthay Circle dinner reservation on our Oogie Boogie Bash night. :_( But I did see that there are 'special ticketed event' options that night - how would I book those? The Oogie Boogie Bash tickets don't show up online, and it looks like the ticket numbers aren't a match to add them. Would I have to call? Does anyone know what the special event is?

Hmm that is interesting. Not sure but it does show up on all the OOB nights. None on non OOB nights. Odd though as you'd think if there was going to be a dining/show package for OOB that they would've announced it by now. The first party is in 1mo.

Disneyland website can confirm 3pm for you.

It's only 4pm when it's a 7pm start. Party tickets get you in 3 hours ahead of time.

So for a 6pm party start, it's 3pm.
