Very good. It was family drama-free. Lots of time with the family; too much food and now I'm just looking forward to about 10 days of R&R.

Well I got a pair of Tanzanite earrings to match the jewelry I got on the cruise. Hopefully the stones are similar in color, otherwise I cam take them back at Macy's down south.

We just ate a plate of teriyaki chicken with soba noodles and veggies with a side of tempura. Now Fran is getting us a Hot Dog on A Stick.

I haven't hit the shops for the post-Christmas sales yet. I want to buy sheets and towels; and they normally have heaps of these in stock....so I'll just wait for the rush to die down and avoid the crowds.

Hey PIO, is Pearcedale anywhere near you? My mom was just showing me her catalog of an Iris grower in Victoria who is one of the premiere growers in the world. Do you grow Irises? My mom says they have open garden if you wanted to go take pictures, or have you already been there?

Pearcedale is about an hour from me, down towards the Mornington Peninsula. I have maybe one or two irises in my garden...my soil is not good for irises.

Where's the address for the Open Garden? That's a scheme that goes for most of the year with various properties opening up for a weekend to the public.

They have lots of beautiful pictures in the paper catalog she is showing me.
