Does the Googleplay discount only work on a phone? I have an android tablet and when I go to the payment page it tells me "price is adjusted because offer isn't available" and it reverts to $100 instead of the $85.

Deal is over for now. Not showing on my phone too. Tried so hard to get more than one. Used 5 accounts, 2 different phones, multiple credit cards, PayPal...all of them gave me the error.

I read the fine print and it said up to $5000 at the time. The $1250 limit was per transaction.
