I just had the funniest conversation with my doctor. Keep in mind that this woman is in her 70's and from India and had no idea what AI was until she met me. I've blabbed about my story about how I was in the ER having my miscarriage and told them to wait for the CT Scan so I can see Taylor perform. My doctor was there that night sitting with me.

Today, she called to see how I was holding up. I asked her if it was OK for me to keep my iPod on during the time they're putting in the IV. I have terrible veins and I've had my blood drawn every day for the last week and they're useless. I am so worried about getting the IV in. I figured, if I could listen to Taylor, it might make it easier on me or at least distract me. So, I asked and she said, "Are you going to listen to that guy we saw on TV that night in the ER?" I said, "Yes!" She said I could keep the iPod on because "the morphine didn't work that night, but that guy did". But, the Pod has to come off when I get wheeled into the OR. That stinks.

I'm creating Taylor fans. Sure, they're in their 70's and don't even own a TV, but she knows who he is and that's a start.

Oh, Carla... only you can take a serious situation and make a story out of it!! Taylor as painkiller... can he promote himself with that???? LOL!

I think he should. It would save on insurance costs. .99 to download the song vs. who-know-how-much for morphine.....Taylor could solve the problem of healthcare in this country.

You need to get that work computer cooperating with you. It's unacceptable that it doesn't allow Taylor to be played.

Awww, that story touched my heart, Ally. You are a special woman! Hey and any Taylor fan is a good fan, regardless of their age!

I haven't got the official single yet but got it off iTunes and burned it to listen to my car. Needless to say, I am sure the cars beside me thought I was nutso because I was bawling my eyes out singing along.

Making it home in traffic after calling all of my TARGETS and finding out that they did NOT have my cd!!! Ugh... I finally got to someone who knew what I was talking about and assured me they'd be out in the morning.

Well, then I drag my cranky kid to Best Buy, telling him do NOT ask for anything besides TH's cd...

Well they HAD IT!! Wooohoooooo!!! I bought TWO! Then got into a looooong discussion with the cashier who was a Paris fan.... but I digress....

Now I sit in tears because I just BLASTED DIMYP over and over and over... it is so beautiful... love that song... LOOOOOOVE that man....

Gotta hear it again...

I was at Wal Mart getting some groceries, and even though they told me last night they wouldn't have it yet, I said "eh, why not check?" and I did and they had it AND I GASPED LIKE I JUST SAW A CELEBRITY! LOL I asked the lady @ the check out -- "so have a lot of people been buying this today?" and she said "oh YES ma'am!" WOOOOOO!!!

I love this song, it makes me teary every time.
