We go to Disney every other September and this is our September year!! (We go in October the other years).

My boyfriend's family has a timeshare that we stay at, off property. We will be there September 17th through the 23rd!

Can't wait to go back!

That's the exact same week we'll be there!! Getting in the evening of the 16th and staying at POP the going to Poly concierge for the 17-23. Our 10th anniversary is the 21st. I can't wait!!
Tonight we make the deposit and plan on paying the rest of as soon as we get our tax money back.

WE'll be there 9/11-18 Never been in Sept. so it will be fun to see how it compares to other times...We prefer early Feb. but when we decided a few weeks ago that this was the year, Feb was to soon (financially , not psychologically ) and I couldn't wait until Feb 2007...We did early June last 2 trips...never again.(unless its for DH job and they pay lol).Did Week before Christmas one year...other parks were fine but MK was a madhouse..never again...I'm looking forward to light (er) crowds...(I HOPE!!)

I've only been once in September, and I do remember it being hot when we were there, but I don't remember it really raining...I think we had one day where it was kind of overcast and a sprinkle of rain a few times during the day, but that was it. We always drive down for our trips, and we did end up leaving a day early because a hurricane was coming and we didn't want to get stuck in all the evacuation traffic as we were trying to get home.

Crowds were really light when we went before in September. I think the most we waited in line for anything was maybe 10 minutes...crowds were very managable!

We will be THERE the first week of Sept. the 2nd through the 8th. We were there last year at this time and it was great. Hurricane Ophelia was out in the ocean and provided cloud cover that kept the glaring sun off us. It rained only 1 day for about half an hour. Other times it sprinkled but not enough to even get damp. It was wonderful. The kids rode Space MT like five times in a row with out even standing in line. Soarin' walked right in front of the line.

We're definitely going in May (see my signature as to why ), but we might get to go for our annual September trip as well! September may get a bit hot at times, but there are so few people in the parks that the heat doesn't even bother you. You're too busy getting on every ride within ten minutes!
