Just thought I'd let everyone know that the closing time of Animal Kingdom for most days in October has been extended to 8:30 PM. Maybe Rivers of Light will be open in October after all!!!

Got an email this morning saying our Magic Bands have shipped. We are getting close to going "home". We haven't even told the kids we're going yet. I'm very excited and it's getting harder to keep the secret.

I was just able to get a later FP for the Safari for 10/13. They had ones available through 8:30 so those looking for later ones go check it out.

Our Magic Bands shipped Friday! I don't think I planned ADRs very well though. I guess I am not a good planner. Hubby and I have never been to WDW for a week. Getting excited. We will be there Oct. 1-8 at POFQ

So, with Disney Finally! adding the Early Morning Magic dates, Star Wars fireworks and AK hours, my schedule changed, D'oh!

Of course, I completely guessed the wrong days of the week for these activities to be scheduled. So my year long, continuously evolving, thoroughly planned out educated (by spending countless hours on the 'puter) guesstimation schedule was almost completely thrown out the window.

We added on the MK & HS Early Morning Magic and Star Wars Dessert Party. Kinda bummed that AK Rumors of Light probably isn't happening but at this point I don't think I could handle another schedule change...Soooo

Phew, Looks like a lot now that I've typed it all out! This is our family's first trip (hubby & I went once almost 20 years ago, with no plan). We have an 8 year old, 5 year old and a healthy grandma with us and we will rest when we have to. I'm more worried about my stamina...Never imagined it would be so much work trying to plan! Husband thought I was nuts for spending so much time planning, he was right! Doesn't matter though, I'm sure we will have a Magical time, can't wait! And I'm not going to change my plans Again...probably, maybe!

Get back from camping trip to find hours extended and SW fireworks finally put on the schedule. Unfortunately it totally screwed us out of seeing SW fireworks unless we flip a couple days lose ADR and FP+. So pissed right now....

Same here. My plans are pretty much done and the firework schedule kind of royally messed things up.

Can anyone tell me how much it would be to add a 1 day hopper to a 3 adult 1 child 6 day ticket? Looking at our first MK day which is also a MNSSHP day so we were going to bail out early already. Thinking if we add a hopper to this day, bail out a little earlier, move our ADR at The Wave up a bit then hop to DHS for PM EMH we can catch SW Fireworks and leave the rest of our plan as is.

I don't think you're able to add hopper to just one day, it's goes for the total length of your tickets.

I think you're correct. Looks like we're going to leave extra early and add a day to our tickets when we pull into town so we can hit up HS (on arrival day) to catch RnR and SWaGS. We couldn't have fit either in any other way. These changes have me
