I can't believe I'm only 45 days out -- squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I have a few straggling things to handle -- get my rewards card, get MM, figure out packing list for us to coordinate a bit so we don't look like a random group of strangers in pictures like we did at DLR, get my clues and surprise package together, and as we just decided to do this, get Blue Man Group tix for when we are at USO. Oh and DH has to rearrange travel to claw back my return flight as I have to fly to that work meeting that will be a painful waste of time (not that I'm bitter (psst, that was sarcasm, I totally am)).

Here's the agenda tentatively and a question:
* Saturday, Oct. 8: fly into MCO (early, 8 am flight), land around 2 pm. Pick up rental car (super easy as DH has the high level, walk and choose a car thing). Question below about whether Gatorland or just hit grocery store and then PBR at USO. Eat at hotel that night.
* Sunday, Oct. 9: USO all day, probably swim in afternoon, Blue Man Group that night.
* Monday, Oct. 10: USO all day
* Tuesday, Oct. 11: check out and leave stuff at bell desk; USO until done; move to AKV, dinner at Boma (all meals with ADR)
* Wednesday, Oct. 12: Epcot RD, TT RD, FP for Soarin', Crush, SE; eat around world for lunch, Via Napoli for dinner
* Thursday, Oct. 13: AK RD, EE, KS, FOTLK FPs; Tusker House lunch, Yak & Yeti dinner; waiting on ROL
* Friday, Oct. 14: checkout AKV, move to Poly villa; RD MK, FP Splash, PPF, 7DMT; lunch at BOG, dinner show at HDDR
* Saturday, Oct. 15: RD HS, sign up for JTA, do RR, FP TSMM, lunch at 50s Prime Time, break early, kids to Lilo's Playhouse, DH and I to V&A

* Sunday, Oct. 16: nothing in the morning, lunch reservation at Dinosaur in DS/DTD,
MNSSHP, dinner at Tony's
* Monday, Oct. 17: Epcot FP in the afternoon for FEA, MS; day is fairly open depending on what kids want to do
* Tuesday, Oct. 18: AK morning with FP Dinosaur, KS, EE; lunch res at BOG which we may drop; I leave for airport; dinner at Ohana
* Wednesday, Oct. 19: no plans whatsoever until late afternoon flight so DH and kids can go to a park or hang at the pool.
?: here's the dilemma. We'll have to leave our house at 5ish to be at the airport in time for the flight. So kids will be up early. May or may not sleep on the plane (iffy proposition as those seats are designed for maximum discomfort to discourage any restful repose). DS loves reptiles. I've heard Gatorland is not an extensive park and likely about 3 hours max. There are parts and items we won't be doing (like pictures with the snake or zipline). Given all of this, plus the grocery stop prior to USO, do we try to work in Gatorland or just forget it and move on? I honestly could go either way on this one. And it's a surprise so I can't ask the kids -- they won't know we are going to WDW until we get to the airport. And then won't know about USO until we arrive there. And then won't know about the Poly part until we check in there.

We're mean like that.

TIA!
