***The Official October 2016 Thread***

60 days out!! got my fast passes booked! I got on at 7 and got FEA for 2:10pm, checked back a little later and was able to change it to 12:35! always remember you can change hours if they come available and a lot of things change closer to the dates. just like dining reservations.

Its becoming more real now.. 2 months doesn't seem that far away!!

61 days out and no luck getting to loaf fp's a day early ...:rolleyes1

On the topic of AK closing early or nighttime shows ... We have a tour booked for 21 Oct and there were no evening shows for AK to get preferred seating so maybe the article mentioned in an earlier post about shorter hours might have some validity.

Please add us- CBR Oct 15-22.

Just booked our FPs this morning. First time trip for DD. And first time for me in 20+ years!

After much stalking to get all of the ADRs that we wanted, I was terribly anxiety ridden about the FP this morning- esp FEA. Logged on bright and early, complete with the official "time.gov" clock telling me when to hit refresh and 26 min later, my mother and I had successfully gotten all of our desired FPs, nearly all of them at our desired times. Watching the boards a few hours later got us our ideal times for a couple of rides.

So, so excited to be returning to the House of Mouse!

Woke up bright and early this morning to book our FPs!

Got everything we wanted, even left some spots open, and had to switch up some ADRs to allow for more park time. We're now doing Whispering Canyon on our relax morning instead of '50sPTC on our short HS day. We started watching videos of WCC after we had booked all our ADRs so we said we'd go next trip, so we're super excited to be able to fit it in this trip!

WCC is so much fun. Don't forget to order a shake instead of a soda; it counts as your drink if you are on the DDP (at least it did the previous 2 years we went). BTW, how did you like CSR?

Please change our stay Oct 3-8 from AoA to POLY :flower1::jumping1::flower1:

We're theme park view - our last big decision for this trip is the room request and we're done!! I was stressing out about the unknown of EMM continuing, but after we confirmed the switch to Poly I'm beyond content! Killed it with our ADRs, grabbed MNSSHP tickets, got all our FP....47 days until we say Aloha to the mouse!!

Got fast pass done this morning and do believe only the DDay landing took more planning :rotfl2:now to concentrate on the diet to lose the 10lbs I am sure to gain drinking and eating around the world...along with Tonga toast at Kona Cafe....California Grill...breakfast with pooh....

Our dates are 10/9-10/16 at BWV studio, we will do MNSSHP on 10/11, got all the FP+ we wanted, very happy with our plans so far, we will then spend 2 nights at US before heading home.

Haha! That was a good one

It's getting so close that I can almost touch it! I'm not quite in full on Disney mode yet - we have Dragon Con in Atlanta over Labor Day weekend first.

But once we get home from Atlanta, I'm going to decorate my house for Halloween and then start making playlists for the drive down and start packing. I'm going to Disney World (in 44 days)!

DH and I spent 1 day in Epcot a few years ago. But we are headed back for a full vacation with our 2 1/2 year old daughter! And then we're headed on a 4 night Disney Cruise right after. We have made it a point to introduce our daughter to as many Disney movies as possibe beforehand. I think we hit all the main ones and she is so excited to give high 5's to Mickey and Goofy and very frequently talks about hugging Mary Poppins and Ariel, her two favorite at the moment! I'm all ready to book FP's on Sunday morning. And we have dinner reservations set, although still watching and hoping for a miracle to get a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. So so so excited!!!!!

I might cancel a 10/23 Sunday 8am BBB and 10Am CRT. I will post it on the October ADR thread once I decide.
