May 7,2015 will be mine and dhs 10th wedding anniversary, we were going to do a grown ups only trip to boston, but have just decided to take the kids to wdw! we're planning 5/6-5/13, as of right now were thinking of staying at pop century, but may upgrade to caribbean beach depending on the promotions theyre offering at the time. we were only at wdw once, in sept 2010, that was our sons make a wish trip, so this will be the first time we're planning everything and our first time staying on property. we decided to not tell the kids we're going until the day before we go, it wont be easy keeping such a fun secret, but their reaction will be worth it! I am one to do a ton of research, and plan each day in advance based on crowd numbers, and make advance dinner reservations, know the character meet and greet schedules, show and parade times, etc, then when we get there we have an idea of what we're doing. I use to follow wdw info closely, but havent lately since we werent planning to go back soon. cadbury mentioned free dining in may? I didnt know see anywhere that they were offering it this may (since Im just startinf researching for this trip maybe I missed it, can anyone tell me what the conditions were for it for this may?), free dining would rock, we would definitely stay at caribbeam beach then! my kids will be 6 1/2years, and 11years. my oldest is disabled, last time we went he had a green light pass, and with all the changes to the guest assistance card program, I think I have a lot of research ahead of me 
It would be awesome if there was free dining in May next year! I my upgrade myself! I'll get you added to our list!
I'm not as concerned about the weather as I am the crowds.
