Just made reservations for May 23-26 at POP!

snowing like crazy here in nw indiana 40 days til we leave for the sunshine at Disney World !!!!
I attempted to find a make a wish organization for adults to try to get a wish granted for my mom, we just found out that she as at most 1 year to live due to a aggressive form of lung cancer, but no luck they are just not out there.![]()
Count us in !! We are going May 10th - 18th staying at All Star Music (this was a REAL cheap trip)
It will be myself and my 8yr old twin boys, Jesse and Jayden
My dd, Jillianne and her husband and Disney first timer, David and their children 5 yr old ds Maddox and 15 month old dd Caddigan.
Maddox has only been to Disneyland and is sure he doesn't want to go to WDW (weird kid) but little does he know on his 6th birthday he is going to WDW .. like it or NOT !!![]()
LOL...my half brother went to WDW when he was 8 and he HATED it...again...weird kid. The 15 month DD is going to have a blast! We've taken each of our kids when they're just over a year old and it's an amazing trip. Just gotta go at their pace.
Count me in too! May 24-28!!!
Its my graduation trip from nursing school! 2 DL veterns going to try to take on Disneyworld! Can't wait.
My boyfriend and I have planned out first Disney trip in our adulthood! Neither of us have been since we were very little, but this year we are 23 and 24 year olds with no children and thought Disney World would be a perfect trip for us. I may have pouted a little bit to convince himNonetheless we will be staying at the BC May 18-23 celebrating our two year (dating, not married!) anniversary!I believe we are there on the last day of the flower and garden festival, what should we look for? We couldn't be more excited!!
WELCOME TO THE DISBOARDS!!!!!
You'll find a wealth of knowledge on here. DW and I were 23 & 24, respectively, on our first trip in 2006 without kids AND in May. Probably our favorite time to go.
I believe the weekend of May 18/19 is a Star Wars weekend at the Studios so that may be worth checking out if that's up your alley. F&G Festival at Epcot is pretty impressive; the topiary's are amazing! In terms of what to look for...nothing specific really...just take in all of the different sights and make sure you spend some time in World Showcase.
