Aaah! I just logged on in time to catch Wishes

so with 3 days remaining before our trip, my older son and hubby are both sick Younger son had it bad on Wednesday too, he is pretty good today so hopefully these 2 will be better by the time we leave!

Knock on wood, I'm not next!!

we have 4 days and my husbands sick. I hope it's just allergies but he's a mess, not the best patient. I'm hoping he's better for the flight otherwise the pressure may be a problem. I'm popping my vitamins like they are candy. So far the kids are okay other than allergies with my son. I'm crossing my fingers that it's nothing serious, good luck to you and yours!

Did one better, paid the extra $40 for the waterproof cast! These things are amazing, she can swim, she can take a bath, if she gets hot she can literally run the hose through the cast! 100% waterproof!

We officially leave for Disney in the "Teens". So excited! Before we know it, we will be doing the single digit dance. Yay! We have a wedding to go to today. Time is moving faster!

Ugh, I'm in the same boat with my allergies. My ears keep stopping up and I have to pop them - the flight might not be fun! Sending pixie dust your way that your family will get healthy!

We're leaving tomorrow morning, and my to do list is getting longer by the minute. My husband always comes up with non-essential chores to do right before a trip that delay the packing and getting ready. I appreciate that he wants to change the air fliters and finally get around to organizing his closet, but it can wait till we get home!!! ARGHHH!!!

If you ever needed a Mom's super-immune system, it's now.

I've got some kind of sinus yuck going on, but luckily, it only bugs me at night. I know the humidity in Florida will help a ton, so I just have to tough it out for 3 more days. (Utah air is so dry. It wreaks havoc on my nasal passages.) As long as everyone else at home stays healthy and well for our trip, I'll be okay. I can't stand the stress of *Don't get sick.* *Don't get sick.*

Hurray!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!! But I'm totally procrastinating finishing up everything right now cuddling with my dog reading the DIS when I have so many things to do!!!!

I'm the same way. I have to remember to refill my prescription before I go. I wondering if I should do it for my son's Metadate or if it would be better to keep him off it while he's not in school.

My friend takes her kids off their meds while they aren't in school and they do fine. I guess it all depends on the kid

Starting to hit panic mode here. I know I have five days left, but they are busy with non-vacation things: soccer, piano recital, DD13 is getting her braces off(!), last few days of school for the kids. Working on my packing lists and can't wait to start gathering clothes and dragging the luggage out of the basement. Our neighbors left today for WDW, so I think that's feeding my "I'm out of time" hysteria.


Oh, hey anjalee6, can you add me to the list of who's going? As you may have guessed, I'm the other half to Em&Bec'sDad, going June 9-18 at AKL.

I have been running non-stop for the last 2 days. How is it I thought I was done shopping and still found more stuff to get?

Is it bad that I'm taking 5 pair of shoes? 3 pair of flip flops-to go with different outfits, my new sneakers and my old sneakers in case the new ones start to hurt my feet. I am a major over packer, but a girl has to have options right?

Ummm, yes! I'm an over packer as well and I'm going to be there for two weeks. I really need to limit myself to a week's worth of stuff and do a wash or two while we're there. I may have to pick up one more pair of tennis shoes though. Now, I need to start making my shopping list since we're at 20 days!!!!

I think we are going to try to find as many cupcakes as we can. One can go crazy with all the differnt options. My husband wants to do all the beers around Epcot, I have a few drinks I want to sample like the Grand Marnier slushie from France and a Lupau Lupau? from Poly so we'll have to share cupcakes. I think I'm gonna just stop eating now so I'll have room.

I live in an area in ma that sees almost no extreme weather/natural disaster type things. The Berkshires stop our snow from the north, we're far enough west that nor'easters are dieing off by the time they get here, we're too far north for hurricanes, and we dont get earthquakes.

With that said, tornadoes are TERRIFYING...... I've never seen the sky that color, definitely never experienced anything like it. luckily no damage to my house but some of my family's houses have damage and one of my cousins car is destroyed.

but on the brighter side.....

3 more days till Disney!!

I'm with you, TORNADOES have been terrible this year. Seems no part of the country has been immune. TV says worst year for them since 1953. Here's to NO MORE BAD WEATHER!

On brighter side, WE are in the TEENS!
Am so ready for this vacation hot weather or not, prefer not (already been in triple digits here).

My DH is the cutest EVER!!!! We're watching the news and the Disney memories commercial comes on and the man did a jig!!! Awww, I love him. I'm so glad I married someone who loves Disney as much as I do. We are so looking forward to this trip!!!!

Oh that is too cute! My husband says he doesn't care much for Disney. I think he lies, because someone has to stay home with the dogs!

Going to be streaming the boats going by, and the occasional pedestrian across bay lake

REALLY enjoyed watching yesterday. It's one of our favorite spots on the Poly "beach". Today seems so dry by comparison. But I (we) still really appreciate getting to see it live. So thank you VERY much for doing this. Will you be "back on the beach" any other time during your trip?

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we leave in about 5 hours and I have a house full of kids who refuse to sleep (and that includes me!!) They're exhausted but they just keep feeding off of eachother "whispering" "we're going to disney!" its so cute! I can't believe we leave in 5 hours!!!
