DH and I went to Walmart yesterday to pick up a few more things and right at enterence was a woman giving away little bags with travel/sample size deoderant, toothpaste, mouthwash!!! I just thought it was the coolest thing and the best timing!

We got those too! The poor lady couldn't get anyone to stop, but I can spot free samples from a mile away. The Old Spice body wash was claimed by DS immediately, it does smell good.

We take full size products because DH doesn't like the Disney stuff. I have one checked bag that is stocked with what looks like the HBA section of Walmart


3 people= 4 checked bags, 2 carry on's-thank goodness we are flying SW.

Less than 2 weeks now!! We started picking up some stuff at Wal-Mart today for the trip. They had some really cool Mickey Mouse band-aids there that I'd never seen before.

We are here now!Today is non-park chill day, so of course, I spring for the ten bucks so I can connect up! We met carlnix30 and family at Epcot yesterday; very cool, even the teens spoke to each other! So far we have seen Fantasmic for the 1st time: loved it! Covered almost the entire MK in one marathon day: arrived at ropedrop, took a 3hr midday break, returned for CRT at 5:30 & stayed for EMH until 1:30 am! My DS loves MK! DH, DD17, and DS5 went fishing this morning in Crescent Lake, just off the coast of the UK All caught their first fish within thirty minutes & all got about 6 each.
Tonight is dinner at Kona (was originally at Yachtsman's but the kids liked the Kona menu better) 7 pm & if our timing is good, the water parade & Wishes from the Poly beach!

I just realized we leave in less than 48 hours. Where did the time go?! Oh my heck, and if all goes well, we'll actually be at Disney World *in* 48 hours. Time to get moving. (We're having a Star Wars marathon in anticipation of Star Wars Weekends.)

Less than 2 weeks now!! We started picking up some stuff at Wal-Mart today for the trip. They had some really cool Mickey Mouse band-aids there that I'd never seen before.

I picked those up too! I've been making my kids gift baskets for when we get to Disney and I added a box of those band aids to each kids basket!

On a different note, I lost part of a filling today and it took out part of my tooth. I found a temp. filling putty at CVS. Does anyone know how long I can use that temp. putty? I have no pain and really don't have the money to see a dentist and Disney is in 14 days. If I can hold off a trip to the Dentist and only use the temp. stuff I would be very happy. Any ideas?

I'm glad that I could help speed a long the process. I just realized today that I didn't do the Friday Night Questions this week. I think I have run out of ideas. Now, it's just time to do the waiting game for a few more days. (18 before we leave, but who's counting???)

I always use my bagellini in the parks. They come in different sizes, but I like the messenger bags. They are some and compact, but big enough to fit diapers, cameras, autograph books, wallet, sunscreen, etc. in it.

I got a new phone today and downloaded the undercover tourist app. I found out my house is just shy of 2 million yards of Magic Kingdom 38 hours from now that number will be much smaller

Just downloaded the app too. Thanks. We're 4,453,863 yds from splash mountain. Punched the address of our condo into my phone the other day and the nav app said we were 3116 miles away. I'm glad we're flying.

Yikes - 1 more day for me!! I've got a playdate set for the kids tomorrow so I can get all the clothes and stuff packed up and clean the house in peace!

I am not allowed to go to Walmart or Target anymore between now and the trip. I keep going to pick up "just one more thing." I'm going to end up blowing my budget before we even get there.

Me too! I have 1 more day and thought I was done but realized the kids were out of their toothpaste - Target again tomorrow Hey we're neighbors - I'm in Richardson!

My DS5 wants to take pictures there and use my P&S now I need to find a neck strap that fits a p&s. Went to Wolf but all they have are neck straps for DSLRS or wrist straps for p&s. Need to rig something!
