Yeah, I thought of the shaving cream too.

I wonder as well. I remember the last album I bought on pre-order from iTunes was out for pre-order 2 months before it was released. Maybe, since the album cover is finished and the song list has been published, it will on iTunes by the end of the week?!

If you decide to watch it live, can you please post what times he comes on and what he sings? I don't want to sit through ALL of SNL to see him!

I couldn't wait and decided to sit through SNL anyway. The sound was AWFUL for me. I am hoping it was just my TV -- but other music I hear on TV doesn't usually sound that bad so I don't know what was up.

Was good to hear another song off the new CD, but honestly I was not blown away. I liked "Light On" better. I am hoping that "Declaration" will sound better when I hear it on CD.

Oh no I didn't like it! I watched him on SNL and actually changed the channel. It was way too winey.

I fell asleep before the second song, but I'll watch it later on DVR. I noticed during the first song that the audio was horrible. They had the guitars up so loud you could barely hear him sing. Maybe SNL is too used to lip synchers to actually do a good job mixing the audio?
