The *OFFICIAL* Grey's Anatomy Fan Thread!

True but to expect to him fly out on a whim because Addison called him drunk is a bit unrealistic. I doubt a plastic surgeon would be able to just dash off at a moment's notice, even if his practice is primarily cosmetic. Heck, I work in an office and I wouldn't be able to just up and fly across the country at the drop of a hat.

Yes, but he said last season, it wasn't just an affair - he loves her! And if the love of your life called and said it was over with her husband... Heck yeah he'd be on the first plane out there. If he's that good of a plastic surgeon, his patients can wait. And she probably called him before she started drinking.

After all, you all expect me to believe a woman would risk her entire career and cut the wire that beats her "lover's" heart because she's in love. ;)

Well like I said, its a soap! Its a prime time Port Charles. :p Where else but on Grey's Anatomy do paramedics blow up and everyone goes back to talking dating? And do you know many hospital personnel who have a prom dress or two or three hanging in their closet? :p I don't buy any of the stories, but if I wanted reality TV I could turn on any one of the billion reality TV shows that are already on. :p Nah, part of what I like about GA is the fantasy of it all. Its contagious and addictive. :)

Speaking of, what is everyone's favorite GA episode? I think I would have to vote for the one in Season 2 where Meredith's one night stand goes wrong and the quintuplets are born. I lmao in that episode, but also cried my eyes out. That ending scene when they are all in there delivering the babies was so poignant, one of the most poignant TV scenes of all time imo.

Is it Thursday yet??

I don't think I have a favorite episode, but I have lot's of favorite scenes from lot's of different shows....

Now, I won't divulge how old I am, but I think I might have had a prom dress or two in the closet up until about six years ago :teeth: Interns would be younger than me, so just maybe they WOULD have a prom dress :happytv:

Good point. But then again, do most hospitals have proms? :teeth:

Only 29 more hours to go until GA! Yahoo! :Pinkbounc

As far as the reality of the situations - we all love the non-reality I think, because it gives us a release from the day to day realness! I love how GA takes me away!

Only 13.5 hours to go!

Who's already waiting? I'm afraid every Thursday may go like this popcorn::

I am a nurse in a hospital, and when we cleaned out my mom's attic, came across my 2 prom dresses. I was 41, and got a little sentimental, but didn't keep them. But I do have a few old bridesmaid gowns in my basement, if there is ever a prom at my hospital. :rotfl:

Has this been discussed on this thread? If so, sorry, I wasn't around when it first started and haven't read all 18 pages (although one of these days would like to...I'm such a GA fan!). Someone sent this to me, I thought it was a real testimony to Ellen Pompeo's range as an actress....she sure has a wicked strong Boston accent in real life, no?:

Ellen Pompeo Punk'd

I can't believe that is Meredith! :lmao: Although I gotta say, I'd be pretty po'd if my boyfriend gave the flirty waitress a $200 tip on my credit card too! :lmao:

Wow, there is a certain 5-letter word to describe her attitude! Stab the waitress with a fork? YIKES!

LOL! She does seem a bit rougher than I expected, I gotta admit. :rotfl: Not someone I would wanna mess with, I don't care how scrawny she is. :rotfl:

:rotfl: That was hilarious. I wouldn't want to double cross her either.

41 minutes??? Isn't it 96 minutes??? Oh my, better find out what time the show is on!

Wine is chilled and ready to go :happytv:

The DIS clock is off... it's 8:05 EST here when I post this.... 55 minutes!!! :thumbsup2
