The Official GLEE thread

lots of great lines tonight!!!

and a Waitresses song!!!! I only wish it could have been done better!

I agree! Lauren was just terrible. She should just remain in the background. I am also sick of everyone being down on Rachel! She tried to help at the end but nooo of course an idea of hers isnt good.

I'm excited for next week for the.....Spoiler.....

Rachel/Blaine kiss!

Yes I'm a total Blaine fan girl. :lovestruc

I agree that people are too hard on Rachel. She is my favorite character and I felt so bad for her when she tried to take credit for the look (which has always been hers) and they just shot her down.

I too am excited about the Rachel Blaine kiss. I think Darren Criss is the hottest guy on that show and he has the best voice. i would love a rachel/blaine duet.
PS I see you like Tangled. Awesome! I think that is one of Disney's best movies ever.

^
A Rachel Blaine duet will be amazing!
They most likely will never date though. Ryan murphy came out and said Blaine is gay. maybe this kiss will lead to Kurt and Blaine getting together. Although I'm not a huge fan of Kurt.

And yes I do love Tangled it is adorable.

lots of great lines tonight!!!

I love Sue's lines about Will's hair - "SpongeHair Square Jaw" :rotfl:

I don't know, but last night was pretty "meh" for me.

I think the writers are trying TOO hard this year. The whole Sue in Glee Club thing did not go over with me. In general, anytime the teachers are involved with the kids (as in the "Rocky Horror" episode) is just too contrived for me to take seriously.

And how the heck is Sue going to the the director of "Vocal Adrenaline", when she teaches (presumably) at McKinley? :confused3

And I thought we would see the return of Cheyenne Jackson as the Vocal Adrenaline director, and Charice as "Sunshine", from the first episode of Season 2.

But I did love it when Will and Sue were singing "This Little Light of Mine" in the children's cancer ward. :)

I agree, the best part of last night was the Sponge Hair Square Jaw comment. I literally laughed out loud.

I thought the episode was meh too but maybe because I have children who are too old for Bieber. Hated Lauren's singing. And I'm ready for Rachel to leave the show. I enjoy her singing but not her talking.

She is going to be the coach of Aural Intensity. They were the group that got 2nd place at Regionals last year. They didn't show most of their performance- it was a mashup of Olivia Newton-John and Josh Groban (who just happened to be two of the celebrity judges).

From what it sounds like, Vocal Adreneline won't be at Regionals- they will probably meet them head-to-head at Nationals. They haven't explained their absence yet, but it will probably be something like, "They won Regionals last year so they have an automatic bid to the Nationals".

Regardless of which group she's coaching, Sue shouldn't be allowed to work for a rival school when she still works at McKinley- I guess in GLEE-world, anything can happen...

Last night's show was one of my least favorites. Sue had some good lines, which made up for the lackluster (IMO) songs.

AAHHHHH!! 80s new wave, where have you been?! Just what this show was missing!!! Love that song!

Oh goodness that episode! :lmao: I was cracking up the whole time. Especially with that drunk dial to Sue hahaha

A friend of mine is posting all over Facebook how Glee crossed the line for young viewers with the alcohol episode. It irritates me a bit that some people confuse this show with High School Musical. I know it is hugely popular with the younger crowd ( my 10 yo is a fan), but it is really not aimed at the kiddos.

I loved Brittany's deadpan delivery of "Everyone drink responsibly."

I loved last weeks, but wasn't really a fan of this week's show. :confused3 It was ok, but probably my least favorite ever.

Not a big fan here either. I loved Rachel and Blaines song, but overall, didn't care for the rest, and I thought the background music was better than most of the songs they performed.
And the kids telling Will he was the pot calling the kettle black because he got drunk? He is legal, they are not.

I loved tonight's episode. Heather Morris killed the ke-dollar sigh-ha song.

Drunk Will was great and it was nice to see him live a little. Hopefully we will more of him having fun.

Everything Figgins said tonight made me laugh!! And Will's drunken voicemail LOL. I didn't think last week was that great, but this week was SO funny!! I laughed so much at most everyone at Rachel's party.
