I hate to sound like I'm splitting hairs but Karofsky attempted suicide but wasn't successful. The producers said they wouldn't let him kill himself, but I guess attempting it and not having it work was not out of the question.
.

I just wish they didn't all look like they are 30 years old![]()
Definitely, but if they were age appropriate, we might have a bunch of Justin Bieber types - LOL!!
Remember the cast of Grease? I bet Stockard Channing was in her 30's when that movie was made. Probably a few of the other ones were, too. Having said that, I still really enjoyed that movie.
You're right about Stockard Channing. She was 33 when she did Grease in 1978.

i really miss when Glee was mostly campy, good fun. i know they've always tackled harder issues, but it seems that lately, they've been more heavy-handed about it. it's become an after-school special with a few songs thrown into the mix.
the plot lines are so much more obvious. you know what's going to happen next.

I said to my daughter last night that David looks like he's in his 40's!! Puck looks like a 35 year old too!I'd be happy with 30I said to my daughter last night that David looks like he's in his 40's!! Puck looks like a 35 year old too!

I spent most of my viewing time yelling at the TV....oh noooooooooo!
What an episode!
But the storylines almost eclisped the music for me, I was so shocked about David's attempt that I had trouble concentrating on Regionals.
And I am sick of the making fun of the Catholic school's choice of music.
On the show? I only noticed them exchanging glances, which I didn't take as making fun as much as "hey, this is a bit out of place." Then they were talking about how good the group was. I guess I need to rewatch.
It's my guess that her comment about how she had hard times and never thought of suicide was a set up for her ending up in a wheelchair, after which she gets horribly depressed and contemplates suicide. Artie and Kurt will serenade her and all will be well.I did however see the Quinn car accident coming as soon as Rachel said that Quinn had gone home to get her bridesmaids dress. I am hoping she will be okay but I have a feeling that something really bad is going to happen.
Does anyone else think Sue is not pregnant? When she sat a regionals listening to the Trouble Tones sing "Stronger" she looked like she was having a moment and that song was about being okay with being by yourself. I don't know, I'm probably wrong but I just got a weird sense while watching the episode.
I feel like the end could have gone either way really. It was almost as if they wanted the viewer to think, "Are they really going to have both these incidents in one episode?" I know I was holding my breath waiting to see if they were actually going to have Quinn get hit. I hope she makes it.
We were talking about the episode last night and when I mentioned that several things in the episode seemed almost as if they might not have actually happened, DH & DD's stopped, thought about it & said they didn't realize it, but kind of fit with some things they had been feeling about the show. Sue's stuff in particular was very surreal, as well as much of Quinn's story AND Sebastian's abrupt coming to Jesus so to say. I don't think all is as it appeared this week.
Maybe...MAYBE somebody is already IN a coma and that episode was all a dream! Or happening in the mind of an autistic kid...Very St. Elsewhere.
