The Official GLEE thread

I also think the accident with Quinn will keep Finn and Rachel from actually going through with their wedding.
Super ridiculous to show two supposedly intelligent (and NOT pregnant) high schoolers getting married with the support of parents, friends and their school teachers.
Many of us have been "in love" as teenagers, but to actually marry?!?!

Ahh... I called that one.

And now Finn is actually acting like an 18 year old boy. Hmmm, what could California offer? At least he's having realistic second thoughts.

Thought it was unfortunate that Quinn didn't suffer worse injuries. Texting and driving is no joke.

Why is it that all of a sudden I have an urge to watch Saturday Night Fever again?

I don't want to watch it (highly overrated movie IMO), but I want to listen to the soundtrack. I forgot how many awesome songs were on that album!

I loved the episode (even though I hate disco) - gave me goosebumps. Saturday Night Fever is the exception to the disco sucks rule.

Did anyone notice that Damian was not in the episode at all? Did I miss something - did he leave in a previous episode? I didn't really like the other guy from the Glee Project that was on last night's episode, but he did a great job on his song in drag. I forget his name.

the whole episode looking for him. :( A little research told us that he won't be on next week either but he'll be back for the prom.

Alex was not a favorite of mine either, but he sure can sing.

Damian, Sugar and Quinn were all missing this week.
I didn't care for Alex on the Glee project, but wow, his drag performance was fantastic!!! And Jonathan Groff was a pleasant surprise, I didn't know he was going to be on. His character is such a jerk, but he's so funny!
I actually loved the music this week (except Matthew Morrisons falsetto), great stuff on that album, and they did it justice.

Damian wasn't missing. He was in the background of one of the group shots. He just wasn't featured in the episode.

I didn't watch last week, so I'm wondering how Jesse ended up in this episode? I thought that was odd.

We didn't see him anywhere, and my dd loves him, she couldn't find him.

He was sitting in the choir room in one of the group shots. It was brief.

Quinn was in a quick pan shot sitting in her wheelchair bee-bopping to the music.

I don't recall seeing Sugar.

He was there, because he's Vocal Adrenlines coach, and they performed this week.

Thanks. I didn't know that...guess I really haven't been paying that close attention this season. :)

In the episode with Blaine's brother, it was Senior Ditch Day.

So why were Artie, Tina and Blaine ditching? In one of the early episodes this season (I think it was the first episode), they made a big deal out of telling us which students were seniors and which were juniors. Those three were definitely juniors.

When I was in school, Senior Ditch Day was for seniors. Has that changed? (That makes me sound so old...)

They ditched because their boyfriend/girlfriend ditched...or so I assumed.

Where are my fellow Gleeks? I can't believe no one has posted on this thread for two weeks? So what did everyone think about tonight's episode?

Loved some of Sue's lines, "original recipe Sue" :rotfl:

I felt bad for Rachel even though I know she wasn't going to go to NYATA since she's coming back next season. I wonder if we'll see where the writers and producers are going with keeping the seniors around or if we'll have to wait till next season :listen:

I can't believe Bieste went back to Cooter, I feel so bad that she has that low self-esteem that she'd rather stay with a man who beats her than be alone. I wonder what will happen if anything when Sue and the others find out she took him back?

I loved Kurt's number!

Sadly, the part I've bolded is more real-life than I think a lot of us would like to admit. I know a lot of women who stay with absolutely worthless bums who dish out physical and mental abuse, just because the woman "doesn't want to be alone" and "has to have a man."

Kurt was A-MAZ-ING!

Two tear jerker weeks in a row. :worried: I feel so bad for Coach Bieste. And yes staying with your abuser happens more than we as society, or we as even fellow women, want to realize. It's not so easy to break those ties even when abuse is involved.

I was so bummed about her being abused by him....I so wanted Coach Bieste to be happy, after all the story lines about never being kissed and not finding true love. I was so mad! but I do realize that it is a powerful message to get out there.

I really like NeNe from Real Housewives of Atlanta and how well she is going with her character
