Okay..so the commerical on soap net..says the hospital will loose one of it's own?...I'm thinking that's gotta be Tony right?...So who will be the other two..supposedly there are 3 that are going to die?...What about Noah..what kind of contract does he have .....wasn't supposed to be around this long was he?...Scenes have Emily having to choose giving meds between Sonny and Nicholas...perhaps it's Nicholas that is departing....(they just can't get his hair clean!..sorry couldn't help myself!)

Tony for sure. Pretty sure Edward also. Courtney "dies" a soap death so I don't know if she counts or not. The other possibility is Cameron.

Rick Springfield is not on contract, but definitely wants to stay around so they are working around his schedule.

If you saw the previews for next week the Dr.'s have to decide who should get the antidote or not. Apparently Sonny is at the bottom of the list. Emily and Rick try to persuade them to move him up. Also I think Lorenzo steals someones (LuLu?) dose for Skye.

More people are supposed to be getting sick. Carly and Jason go to rescue Lucky who is being held hostage by (highlight) the company who made the virus which is owned by Cassadines. They want to use him for experiments. Remember when Lucky stabbed Luke in the neck with a syringe when he was brainwashed? Apparently this has something to do with it.

Tony has been so good the last few days, a part of me is sad that he may die....

I know...feel the same way about Tony. Too bad...it's such a waste. They really could have had a good storyline regarding Lucas and Bobbie...with Tony..instead of giving him the axe. He hasn't been used except to be called in for "emergency consulations:...what a joke.

I loved the storyline when they all lived in the Brownstone..in different apts. They haven't shown the brownstone in years...apparently Bobbie lives in an old wine barrel somewhere!

I love Bobbie too-maybe she should go tell Sonny to stop chasing Emily. Bobbie always lets Sonny have it. I miss the Brownstone too. Doesn't Mac, Felicia, Georgia and Maxie live there.

I'm pretty sure Bobbie still has the Brownstone. If I'm not mistaken, Mac and family live in the Webber's old house. It's been so long since we've seen anywhere but the usual suspects.

Caught this the other day.....Emily said Alan was out of town. A little while later, the GH intercom was pagin Dr. Alan Quartermaine. Then not much longer someone else mentioned that Alan wasn't back in town. They need to pay attention. ;-) Maybe I need to pay less attention, but I'm loving my show again.

From a spoilers web site, having to do with a virus outbreak:

Who says pharmacuetical companies don't run
this country? Saint Cyril ?

Wasn't there a Cyril that came with Holly when she first arrived in Port Charles

I forgot about the old brownstone. It has been years since they've shown any footage of that.

And about Bobbie living in an old wine barrel, that just cracked me up! :lmao:

Why are soap budgets so tight when it comes to sets? Is it because they pay their actors too much? We see the same houses (like Sonny's and the Quatermaine's "study") and we see the same nursing unit on GH, but very little of anything else. What's up with that?

I think Alcazar's house is the old Brownstone set.

I don't know why we don't see more locations on GH. They have all their sets and the Port Charles sets so there should be pleanty to choose from.

From yesterday, why were Jason and Carly all stalker stelth at the MetroCourt. Doesn't she own the MetroCourt? Doesn't she have a pass key, Jason had to break in and Carly had to pass herself off as a call girl. Why didn't she just approach the guy as the owner of the hotel?

Luke's, the Outback, The Floating Rib, etc.. etc... all had much better atmosphere than MetroCourt...home of the weirdest waiters uniforms ever!!!

I used to Love Luke's place.. GH used to have lots of singers on when Luke's was open.
<snip>

I'm loving the talk about all the old places. Do you remember the Bucket of Blood? LOL

I was watching the show over again on Soap Net because I missed some of the parts the first time around. How come they couldn't get Nicholas a room, but they got Sonny a room and he came in after Nicholas?

DD was complaining about that too. AND the fact that he's still on a gurney in that hall - even after they said they were starting to run out of bed & would have to double up! Do they think we don't listen?? Of course they finally did move him in with Sonny.

After Nicholas got moved into Sonny's room, Sonny aparently became conscious and eyed Nicholas as Nicholas was eyeing him. Sonny mumbled, "this outa be interesting". I laughed-I think even Maurice knows how ridiculous it is that they are trying to pair him with Emily. Nicholas is looking at Sonny like he wants to kill him.

Then Sam and Alexis are roomed together and they are already fighting tooth and nail. Sam had the best line when she ran out of the room complaining about Alexis and freeing Manny. She told Patrick, "it's my fever talking".

How on earth does little Michael keep escaping from Max the mobster bodyguard? Someone needs to chain that kid to chair.

I'm glad I have a DVR--there have been sooo many lame scenes to fast forward through!

I want Holly! I want Anna! I want Mac to punch Robert again! And where is Mac? Shouldn't someone investigate the shooting/Lucky's abduction? And is the whole "Use your influence to get me some serum for ....." pathetic? Are these actors not laughing about their lines? :lmao:

She called herself Carly after the orginal Carly was "killed" in the car accident That was Reese's name when they were in school together. I believe they said Reese was her middle name and she took that so she wouldn't be recognized.

Luke always calls Carly, Caroline....I think he does it to put her in her place. I've always like the Luke and Carly relationship. I personally have seen a tiny glimmer of Sarah Brown's "Carly" in Laura Wright. I've been impressed and I was not so much so at first. I think she can pull this off.

OMG am I behind er what...this quote is from page 155!!!!...have about 20 pages to read...hope all my fellow GH'ers are doing well...have ya missed me???, jest kidding, lol...

Yes, I also love the fact that Luke calls Carly Caroline. She was adopted by the Benson's and her name was Caroline Benson. But he loves to call people by there more formal names...he never calls Bobbie..uh...Bobbie...he always calls her by "Barbara Jean", her real name, and of course who Tony/Tanya's little girl BJ was named for....

Okay...sorry for commenting on such old stuff....but I am behind ya know!!! 1 page down...20 something to go!!!!!

Yes, please. I can't stand them anymore. Jax lies all the time, Courtney doesn't know most of the time and even when she does she forgives him, and Nik just wants to fight about it. Ugh.

Ok...well...I wuz thinking. Maybe they messed up Court and Jax because originally she was leaving, and so they broke them up in case the "nuCourt" had no chemistry with Jax, they could take him in a new direction. Now that she is staying....they could get them back together again. I keep thinking the way Emily is with Nickolas, maybe they will get them together again...although with their failed real life relationship, maybe they won't.

Was anyone else but me enjoying the kill Tracy off charade....that is up until yesterday when Luke hit the road AGAIN!

I guess he'll be gone for another 6 months now.

Remember: One of the perks that Anthony Geary has, having played Luke so long, is it is written into his contract that he get's like 3-4 outs a year for a month or so at a time, for downtime. He is one of only a handful of actors that have been given this priviledge. And prolly one of the main reasons that he has stuck around so long this last time after he was gone for a long time and then came back. He came back only if they okayed his yearly sabbaticals.

Since he was exercising one of his outs anyway, the Tracy thing gave him an excuse to leave town, so not to be arrested, and made a good way to bring Robert back following him. Had he not been using one of his outs, I doubt that they would have done that "he's trying to kill me" storylines.

I think you're right but now i'm wondering, too!

I have TONS of old video tapes from the 80s - always thought i'd watch them but guess not! Not sure what i'll ever do with them! :confused3

I LOVED the 80's stuff...wish I could watch them again...

Anna did come to GH first, then Holly.

Luke and Holly were together and then Holly hooked up with Robert. Holly and Robert were together when Robin showed up. I can totally picture the house they lived in. It was reddish/brown panneling looking with an open staircase. Robin just showed up at the door and said hi I'm Robin.

I don't think Robert knew of Robin before she showed up. He might have thought Anna was dead?

Both Robin and Anna came on the show in 1985 but I don't think they arrived together.

Robert didn't know about Robin. His relationship/divorce with Anna had gone badly because of her being a double agent, and I also think she had an affair as well - so when she left she didn't tell Robert that she was pregnant.

Holly only went with Robert after Luke was presumed dead, but I always thought that Holly and Robert were better together than her and Luke, and by FAR...Robert/Anna were best of all.

Okay, so Courtney will spend the next few months chained to a couch in some cobwebbed spot that Helena has stashed her. PLUHEEEEZE! This is why you can't watch this show anymore. A once a week check in is more than enough. First off...doesn't the woman sort of have a history with this sort of thing...anybody remember LAURA? ...Nicholas sends his looney-tunes granny off to the nut house..but doesn't ever bother to check if she is STILL THERE?
These writers have a thing for chaining people and locking them up..like say CARLY..remember her and Rick? and no one ever notices that they are missing. Quite frankly..the entire time these type of things go on all I can wonder about is HOW..HOW are they going to the bathroom. The poor woman is pregnant..she's got to have to pee every other minute by now!
Oh..and way back..Mac..good old police commisioner Mac..he was also tied up and held captive while his double went around town. I guess I really have been watching too long..same stories different people. Only with Helena..it's still the same old broad kidnapping and chaining people up! :confused3

Yeah...remember she kept Lucky tied up too while she was brainwashing him. Okay, I still say the only reason that Helena kidnapped Court was to explain her being off the canvas until her replacement to get up to speed. Now that she is staying, I am sure that she will escape/be rescued soon. Maybe Jax will rescue her and that way they can bring him (Jax) back around to being more of his old character type. I think it would also be cool to see Jax/Sonny team up since they hate each other still over Brenda to team up and save her.

okay...only 9 more pages to go....sorry ifin ya'll are sick of my posts all in a row....just wanted to see what you guy's thought about my theories as well..

Gotta go to my Tuesday small group thingie at church....we are studying the book of Ruth.

I'll let someone else talk for awhile....lol :teeth: :lmao:

I did start to watch them over the weekend and i almost cried, as everyone looks sooo young!

Plus, it immediately took me back to the stage of our kids at that time, who were practically babies! (i want my babies back!)

But can't wait to watch more next weekend, and loving the new shows, too.
