Back from my shower and still on hold...I've never washed my hair so fast in my life!!! Well, off to work. I'm glad I called on my cellphone and not the housephone!! I'll have about another 20-30 minutes in the car.

I hit redial at 6:00, was on hold about 25 minutes and got our ressies w/dining at Coronado Springs. I was able to get all the ADRs I needed: Le Cellier, Spoodles and Artist Point. Good luck everyone!

Almost 25 minutes for me now, I wonder if I should just hang up and come home on my lunch hour to try again. Once you hold for so long though you don't want to just give up.

Because it dawned on me ---- how do they know which call on hold came in first? I have never see a phone system that numbers the on-hold calls. So i just figured......... Plus I have the other phone on hold from the original call. UGH!! Does anyone know how this works? I think that when I get a person and am done I'll ask them about it. Hey better yet, if anyone is on and finishing up with a CM please ask. Thanks.

Having worked in many call centers, yes... the computer knows who's been holding the longest, and in what order the calls came in. Most modern call centers will also have a leader board (LED sign board) that shows various statistics. The last call center I was in had such numbers as calls in queue, oldest call holding, average time to answer, lost calls (people who hung up)etc. This board is usually visible from every desk. I've also seen where it's accessible from the phone itself. Instead of hitting the transfer button (for example) you hit the Queue button and it shows up on the phone display.

It might be interesting before you hang up to ask how many calls in queue and what the oldest hold time is.

Now I'm getting nervous..I called, got through and did it..she did have to recharge the deposit, but did not as for the code, just the 4 digits on the card to verify i had it and then she said it was all done and my confirmatioin number didnt even change.....but then when i went online and logged in, I see the new deposit is showing up but I don't see it saying anything about dining....????

this is weird, i changed over to a pkg thrusday and pd 200.00 down with my Disney Visa, but today the CM credited the 200.00 from thruday and re-did the 200.00 again this morning on my Disney Visa, asked him was the 200.00 not good enough from thrusday, said no had to be done today...

Can the CM who books your package book your ADRs too, or do the transfer you to Disney Dining?

Ahhhh... people are making ADRs right now too?? No wonder it's taking so long!

First Call on hold 20 min before lost reception, this call 34 min so far. I could care less what hotel we get, I just want to book CRT for lunch is that so much to ask? Can you book dining before your hotel? I am going to have to hang up soon.

I'm trying the 800# and it says their offices are closed. Hrs are 7:30am central time. What 800# are you guys using?
