Good luck to those of you still on hold, hopefully you will get through soon. When you get through, you may want to make your ADR's as well. I tried to make one for 1900 Park Fare and it was completely booked the day I wanted!

OK, I'm pushing an hour for on hold time.

Is there hope? Should I hang up? This is ridiculous.

Me too.. 57 minutes now. But I will NOT hang up.. as long as I'm still hearing Disney music, I'm waiting! They'll answer eventually.

okay, I am at about 52 minutes in and just don't want to hang up!!!

So, I picked up my other phone line and called in on another cr #, on hold there too,
WITH DIFFERENT MUSIC! SO, now I'm trying to listen to both!
I think I have lost it.......

First Call on hold 20 min before lost reception, this call 34 min so far. I could care less what hotel we get, I just want to book CRT for lunch is that so much to ask? Can you book dining before your hotel? I am going to have to hang up soon.

I booked all of my dining last night. She just asked where I was planning on staying.

On hold for 1 hour. I called at exactly 7:00am. I had no idea you could call before they opened!!!!

Yes, you can book it. You'll have to give a CC number to hold the spot, though.

I only had to wait about 35 min. before speaking to a CM. He was very nice, and it was easy, since we had all our ressies and ADR's made a few weeks ago. I'm trying to decide if I'm going back to bed, or if I'm too excited to go back to sleep! lol Hang in there everyone...you'll get through soon!

I guess I'm glad that I'm calling from the West coast now--kids and dh are still asleep and I have free cell phone minutes until 7 am. Now if only my cell phone and bluetooth batteries hold out!

30 minutes and holding steady. Well, as steady as I get at 5 am.

Grrr..1 full hour on the phone and I can't wait much longer. I've got to drive kiddos to school. I have all of ten more minutes I can wait and then I have to give up for now.

Finally, after 42 minutes! I added the free dining code to my existing reservation. Since I paid the deposit with Disney VISA, she just added the code. The lady was extremely nice and said that call volumes were very heavy. The systems were very slow. Be patient and good luck!

All done, was able to add the deposit to the "courtesy hold" reservation I previously had without giving the code letters. Im at the CBR Aug 26th check out Sept 2.

I forgot to try to move to CS because I was so excited. But I see one poster got CS even though when I made my original reservation it was sold out. Wonder what dates they got?

Also my CM said that Aug 26th is the first date the promo is available and that she thinks its for all resorts.

I'm new to this whole free dining thing. What do you have to do? Do you book just the room or do you have to buy tickets as well? Also, if you are a DVC do you still get the offer? Thanks!
